having Phoebe in the hot seat sharing her views without being held back by her former duty as the host of the show is refreshing. can see a huge difference when she has the full control and can talk at length about the topics she's passionate about versus giving the guest the entire spotlight. the maturity and depth of her knowledge and thinking, coupled with the way she carries herself with grace and utter confidence, is something not many MCs in Vietnam can pull off.

I found the part where Mrs. Phoebe explain her stand on the new hybrid model is very interesting and just want to leave some comments:
1.” It gives an opportunity for us to have access to education regardless of the location that you are at.”
I partially agree with her point here because the hybrid learning model has proved itself to be the solution in this type of situation where it's impossible for students to attend class in person. However, if we want to talk about equalized education, this might not be the best idea. Why? What do you need to attend online classes? Computer and Internet, absolutely! With students that don't have the financial ability, a computer could be a real burden to their family. And, we see how frustrated the image quality as well as the lecture goes even in a very internet connection area (trust me, when the 30th student joins the fam, it's like having windows from the 2000s). And with people who don’t have access to good wifi, it's not so good anymore.
    2. “It’s not the model’s fault when students (especially the young one) can’t engage well within a subject matter but the issue of people who are providing education.” This really is the point where I have to write this comment. Nope, can’t blame it on the teachers. Education is something that we as humans have inherited from our ancestors to pass down knowledge from generation to generation without having to start from craft every time. This is an extremely delicate and painful (yep, after 14 years of education and will continue for 11 more, it truly is a pain) process, a nurture approach. And we don’t just teach kids math and literature, information is also being passed down in the form of relationships, of emotions,... That’s why there’s a building called a school and it holds a place for children to interact and develop their first taste of a thing called community, society or civilization. And if we raised a generation primarily interacting through the computer screen, well, I don’t know, a human-computer creature-ish? Not sure if this is considered as evolution or degeneration.
It’s the model’s disadvantage, can’t blame the education providers.
And as a college student who double majored in STEM and experienced both online learning and hybrid (half in person, half online) models for 3 years, without hesitation I would vote NEVER for these models to become our future learning model. For a higher education level, information doesn't just naturally get into your brain with a professor on the other side of the screen. You can't just stare at the screen and look at professor does his experiment and call it "lab experience". And students don’t just learn from professors, we also learn from each other! I attend a private college which limits the amount of students per class below 40 (grateful for it). But not a single time that the breakdown room, or question-answer section in online lecture works the way it is in an in-person class.
SO, with a burning passion! Online Learning is only a short time solution. And I really do pray that it will not stay (well, to some extent, it could be a good application for group project, a plan B where students are in a situation where they really can’t attend class in person) and become our main way for our education.
P/S: This comment definitely contain bias but because it's a personal perspective so bias could be discarded

Your comment makes more sense to me than whatever these 2 are discussing lol. Unpopular opinion here and not trying be a hater but I find these 2, despite having seemingly good English, not necessarily the best communicators. They’re both using wordy phrases to articulate their points to the point where it’s super confusing and lacking context and clarity. Maybe they did have the right topics/discussion points in mind to share but somehow I just feel like they didn’t come out right to me. If anything, I learn that even if you use fancy terms and phrases but if no one understands you, you still have something to work on as far as your communication skills (funny to see how so many people in the comment section praise them in terms of that though haha)
