This is sad to see it end. This is like the best card game animation weve seen, especially the OST, it was sick, unlike most kiddie shonen card battle anime. I hope they can make a proper anime with a proper story next time
Most impressive thing about this episode, aside from the animation and comedy, was that the fish was STILL F-ING ALIVE AFTER ALL IT WENT THROUGH. Some crazy stuff there. Sad to see the end of a fun anime though.
RIP Game is closed and anime is ending. This is one of the best quality anime i've ever seen because every person in the anime feels like they have their own story. ZENONZARD itself is one of the most UNIQUE TCG I have ever seen, sadly lacking balance after each update and developers were not listening to the feedback. I must say, they rarely advertise ZENONZARD in social media like youtube, instagram, facebook, etc. Probably because they spent the budget at the anime..? Pardon if i'm mistaken in my statement above.
It's likely they thought the anime would be all the promotion it needed. Unfortunately, that's a very outdated marketing strategy: it would've worked in the 90's and 00's, as we saw with Pokemon and Digimon, but when soc-med took off e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and even MySpace back in the day, this marketing strategy ensured the game would be DoA.
It's sad to see an anime like this end... If something happened to the creators of this animation they have my condolences.. If this ever becomes available for purchase I won't hesitate to buy it

because it was not "killed" and cooked properly and thoroughly. completely removing internal organs and bashing its head would kill the fish,. Enough cooking time and temperature makes sure the fish wont be alive. some fishes can still be alive even after removing the organs anyway

Please please please PLEASE make this into a full series! Absolutely PHENOMENAL opening and ending themes, absolute BANGER of a soundtrack, the multiple stories are great with the witch story and everything about the Zenonzard game and Codemen intertwined within it, fantastic characters, with absolutely fantastic designs for them! Oh and let's NOT FORGET, absolutely STUNNING WAIFU BABES!!! I would be absolutely fine if the game itself doesn't end up coming back, but my GOODNESS this needs to be a full on anime series! :D

The anime story is very good though. Even i stop playing the game since its taking most of my time along with the other game, i never found it boring. Kinda sad if this is the end.
DO MORE PLS! It was good we need to see the overarching story! It was a missed opportunity tbh you could have made a new yugioh with a great idea of a story, lovable and recognizeable characters, the game itself is interesting too with gorgeous card art. You could have made characters for each color/nation battleing, becoming friends, finding out what elements are and taking down that witch. You could have shows how interesthing and beautiful your game is yet all we got is a handful origin stories for some codeman and the sad but pointless episode 8. I hope you'll do a season 2 or a remake and make an actual anime to get even more fans.
That's too cliche, plus people would've just dismissed it as another Yugioh clone or something, so not a good idea ESPECIALLY if they want new fans. Being original (which they currently are on a level) works better.

The game itself is too different and the plot doesn't includes time travel or multiple dimensions. Being original is great when done right but this isn't done right. Sure it's pretty and even me who likes metal and punk rock can say that the music is good. BUT For promition this was really bad. They didn't showed a full match of the game ever nor explaines the ruels or mechanics. For character backstories this whole Eilietta arc was pointless since you gonna be her partner in the game not this dude. Not every character got an episode nor was present outside of the opening. Episode 8 outside of being sad didn't contributed anything because it didn't even featured actual characters. The whole overarching plot was only present in a flashback in ep4(I think) and in the end of 6. Thats not even close being enough to be a full plot. I stand to my opinion: Being a yugion clone would have been better. Being on crunchyroll or even on netflix with an actual fully written plot meating all the characters becoming friend and foes with twists and character development would have been better because with the low views and no explanations about anything pretty sure outside ep 0 and 1 these didn't brought new people in at all.

As for ep 8, I have to say it didn't bring anything new for me but that's only because in the game I've done Hinaria's story and already know what happens when a Codeman loses all of their element. I have to say tho, the fact that not every character had an episode is a valid point. I mean, they are a major part of the game and plot. The full match thing is sort of valid too, considering that Ep. 0 showed only moments and the turns were not connected at all. Overall, I'll also stand to my opinion that what they're doing now is the best course of actions long-term. The Digital Card Game market is saturated ever since Heartstone, so being labeled a clone is a death sentence.

And if they do it, it will be more of a side story kind of event instead of what we got for the BS card event. I really enjoyed the story! I would like to buy some of the green Elf cards in English. Also, unfortunately green elves started to become weak to all of the new cards right around the time of the first Battle Spirits collaboration.

it was calmed down since she found a new AI Vessel. Her own soul was her bet to see if she can live in a future hoping that witches and humans could coexist as she heard from her mentor. You should know the whole witch story so you could guess the correct ending. It turns out that she won the bet and her soul travelled into the future.
