Making a lot of progress by reading his book several times and watching his videos. My wife left me six months ago. I immediately went into no contact for a month which drove her nuts. I dove into self improvement( excercising, learning a new lanuage, and focusing on my work more) and after a month I finally gave into her persistent need to meet her. Everything was great for a month but then she pulled away. I let her go and continued focusing on fulfilling my mission. 2 months without hearing much from her and as soon as she arrived back in the states(by the way she was out of country for a month) she immediately calls because she needed a ride back from the airport and had no one else available. I was busy with work so unavailable. She called when she got home because a friend magically became available but now needed me to bring her food because her car was blocked and hadn't been grocery shopping yet. I was free and agreed. After sushi at her place we had some drinks and hooked up

I think once it’s not working it’s not working. Trying to get an ex back is a lot of effort and by the time you may get them you probably don’t want them. The effort is best spent on someone new! The freedom walking away gives you is empowering. I was seening a woman for 7 months and she got flaky and started moving away from me, but wanted friendship! I walked away and never looked back even though I liked her a lot. She started looking to meet up but I NEVER responded. It’s over a year now and it was a bullshit free year. If they leave they leave, move on a get a better woman. Don’t do no contact to get a woman back. Do no contact to let go and move on. It’s far easier than that daily struggle of ‘she loves me, she loves me not’. Just my opinion.

I must have seen over a thousand videos of this type since I broke up with my ex, before I ran into this one which explains the right mindset you should have. She actually used this excuse that since I was going to move overseas in five months (which I'm not, eventually), there is no point in us keeping our relationship and not ending it an hour earlier. Turned out that she just lost interest for some reason, because when I met her a week later to tell her the news of getting a great career opportunity at the place we live, she still said "I need time, I don't feel the same way as I did in the beginning". So after trying for two weeks to speak some mind into her, I told her "I wanna be with you and there is this option now. Call me if you ever think about it and make up your mind" (fyi, the night before telling her that, it was her birthday, where she invited me, we went out, said about the existing options and she insisted on staying apart, and then we went to her apartment and had crazy sex.) The next day I run into her (literally run into her, and not "accidentally bump into her") and she is hugged with another guy. I mean, what kind of person who loves you and wants to be with you does not even wait to see how things are going to go, and has made up their mind 5 months before ANYTHING at all happens, and then just finds someone else? Only a manipulative bitch who just used my possible departure as an excuse to find someone else. So, coach Corey actually takes a lot of burden off your mind by making it clear that, when you have done absolutely everything in your power to convey your clear message to someone, then it is COMPLETELY up to them to express any interest in you. No hurt feelings, no trying to get back with them.

My ex is back in my life, but the way I have it set up is I don't want to get straight back in a relationship. I honestly believe we should be friends before we go about it because there was a lot of things that we didn't understand about each other and now from the outside looking in, our relationship wasn't all that bad. We've been bonding, hanging out and we did kiss. But I feel like I actually understand her even more and vice versa. My girl left me after 2 1/2 yrs. I tried being her friend, but realized she was not going to be romantic with me. I applied this approach today. It's so frustrating to watch this video in hindsight of making so many of the mistakes he advises against making. I'm blocked on her FB and she doesn't want me contacting her anymore. Basically I tried too hard to get her back and made myself look like a chump. Seems hopeless at this point.
At the end of the day, if someone really appreciates you for who you are, they will always put in the effort and make it easy for you to see them. If they closed all the doors, that person really didn't want you that much anyway. You deserve someone who wants you as much as you want them and who puts in the same effort yo see you. Whatever happened, learn from it and move on. You never lose if you don't lose the lesson.
I just want to give a big thank you to you for seeming to give all of this advice in a more genuine way. Others like Brad Browning; while may have similar & probably good points seem to do it in a strategic way trying to pray off of the desperate or broken heart in attempts to make $...so again i just want to say thanks for doing what you do on here & not doing it as a way of dangling hope in front of people's face yet not giving the full advice that could "potentially" help someone to end up back in the arms of the one that they've fallen hard enough in love with to seek out advice

My ex broke up with me 2 months ago. I had finally became okay without her (or so i thought), suddenly she started to message me often, which made it hard to break my attachment. We met up and she was treating me like a friend, so i said i needed time and space to clear my head and can not be your friend. When i got home i text her "Give me a call if you want to get a hot chocolate sometime, goodnight". She did not reply. Don't be scared to walk away if their terms is not what you want. There are many variables from person to person and situation to situation but i can confirm the "no contact" method does infact work. My ex broke up with me for being too needy, and obsessive. Both of which were things I have been working on, much more than she has worked on her own problems... I started the no contact rule and within 2-3 days she was shocked that I still hadn't contacted her, now all of a sudden she sends me five messaages, and when i finally called her back (a day after).. she says she misses me, wants to see me. Obviously i have to apply many of the rules, and not just run back to her. So i finished the conversation with "let me know when you want to go out and do something." Unfortunately, we both work, so I may not have the privilege of holding it off for too long, more than likely going to see her today or tomorrow.

I'm applying the no contact rule now. I doubt very much this will work. I'm pretty sure she means it when she says it's over. I'm researching the hell out of this subject right now. Chances are in about 3-4 weeks I'll contact her. If it doesn't work at least I took another shot at it. At that point I know she closed the door on me.

I had a toxic woman from my past try to start her manipulations with me again. I forgave her, wished her the best, and asked her politely but firmly to pretend I didn't exist. Sometimes you need to walk away, without even thinking about inviting abuse back into your life.

No contact it's literally for you not for them to miss you or anything, during this time you should be focusing on yourself, finding yourself, improving yourself, healing, etc, there is no point in No contact if all you do during that time is thinking about the person, is said person reaches out, then assume they want to see you, if not don't even think about them because if you do, you're just wasting your energy.
Then that person is obviously more importat to them than you are. Move on a dont ever contact them again unless they reach out to you first. Remember, if you did it correctly then you left the door open for them to get in touch with you based on your terms, and if they want to continue to be a part of your life they will make that decision. If someone else convinces them otherwise, it is there loss.

This is what someone says to give themselves a reason to be a pushover. Especially with women, you don’t talk through feelings. You let them develop on their own. “Be an adult” translates, “be a complete loser and beg for someone that doesn’t value you to stay with you because you don’t think you deserve better”

I think ive pushed her away more by trying. Im still not over her yet in any way whatsoever, so the only option now is to go no contact. No contact is apparently meant to be about letting them miss you while you work on yourself. If they don't come back, then you've built yourself back up into a confident man again.

After watching your videos and downloading the libby audio book. I realize I had been pushing and pursuing my ex. We had a final discussion and she obviously wasn't interested and had a wall up. I initiated the breakup, explained her my reasons, it was related to our future together, and things about that weren't really in our hands. Everything went down respectfully. Honestly. Don't go back is the best bet. It ended for a reason. See so many ppl justify terrible behavior and take an ex back because it is familiar and don't want to be alone. In order to grow, ya need shed the old shell. I'm not saying never take an ex back, but unless considerable time has passed and you can think logically, just don't do it. You can and will do better.

This is difficult if not impossible to apply if you have own a house together and she wants to sell it. There will be all the hard talks to have when she is focused on selling & moving on.

I have a friend zone situation. My best friend put me in the friend zone. The reason for being in the friend zone was because I was a "cold fish" but so was she. I wanted to correct my mistake and make the relationship work but she disagreed. Making a lot of progress by reading his book several times and watching his videos.
My wife left me six months ago. I immediately went into no contact for a month which drove her nuts. I dove into self improvement( excercising, learning a new lanuage, and focusing on my work more) and after a month I finally gave into her persistent need to meet her. Everything was great for a month but then she pulled away. I let her go and continued focusing on fulfilling my mission. 2 months without hearing much from her and as soon as she arrived back in the states(by the way she was out of country for a month) she immediately calls because she needed a ride back from the airport and had no one else available. I was busy with work so unavailable. She called when she got home because a friend magically became available but now needed me to bring her food because her car was blocked and hadn't been grocery shopping yet. I was free and agreed. After sushi at her place we had some drinks and hooked up
His advice is very step by step here and no gray areas. Much better than other advice on exes. Only need to follow it.

How did things develope?
I think once it’s not working it’s not working. Trying to get an ex back is a lot of effort and by the time you may get them you probably don’t want them. The effort is best spent on someone new! The freedom walking away gives you is empowering. I was seening a woman for 7 months and she got flaky and started moving away from me, but wanted friendship! I walked away and never looked back even though I liked her a lot. She started looking to meet up but I NEVER responded. It’s over a year now and it was a bullshit free year. If they leave they leave, move on a get a better woman. Don’t do no contact to get a woman back. Do no contact to let go and move on. It’s far easier than that daily struggle of ‘she loves me, she loves me not’. Just my opinion.

I must have seen over a thousand videos of this type since I broke up with my ex, before I ran into this one which explains the right mindset you should have.
She actually used this excuse that since I was going to move overseas in five months (which I'm not, eventually), there is no point in us keeping our relationship and not ending it an hour earlier. Turned out that she just lost interest for some reason, because when I met her a week later to tell her the news of getting a great career opportunity at the place we live, she still said "I need time, I don't feel the same way as I did in the beginning". So after trying for two weeks to speak some mind into her, I told her "I wanna be with you and there is this option now. Call me if you ever think about it and make up your mind" (fyi, the night before telling her that, it was her birthday, where she invited me, we went out, said about the existing options and she insisted on staying apart, and then we went to her apartment and had crazy sex.) The next day I run into her (literally run into her, and not "accidentally bump into her") and she is hugged with another guy. I mean, what kind of person who loves you and wants to be with you does not even wait to see how things are going to go, and has made up their mind 5 months before ANYTHING at all happens, and then just finds someone else? Only a manipulative bitch who just used my possible departure as an excuse to find someone else.
So, coach Corey actually takes a lot of burden off your mind by making it clear that, when you have done absolutely everything in your power to convey your clear message to someone, then it is COMPLETELY up to them to express any interest in you. No hurt feelings, no trying to get back with them.

My ex is back in my life, but the way I have it set up is I don't want to get straight back in a relationship. I honestly believe we should be friends before we go about it because there was a lot of things that we didn't understand about each other and now from the outside looking in, our relationship wasn't all that bad. We've been bonding, hanging out and we did kiss. But I feel like I actually understand her even more and vice versa. My girl left me after 2 1/2 yrs. I tried being her friend, but realized she was not going to be romantic with me.
I applied this approach today. When your heart is not congruent with your actions it shows. She started telling me about how she was talking to some guy and her heart began to churn. She already broke my heart. I'm not going to be her friend and watch her break my heart again.

I have a similar friend zone situation. My best friend put me in the friend zone. The reason for being in the friend zone was because I was a "cold fish" but so was she. I wanted to correct my mistake and make the relationship work but she disagreed. Eventually, I had enough courage to authentically tell her how much I loved her and that we can't be just friends and walked away when my feelings weren't being reciprocated. A few months later after saying no to being just friends she has me blocked on social media. Fast forward a few more months and I stupidly went to go see one of my friends where she works and saw her which hit the reset button on all the progress I made with "no contact" with her. Hopefully, I didn't mess up my chances with her but I am going to continue no contact which I started a month ago now and will continue it until she reaches out. In the meantime, I am moving on and pursuing my dreams and will continue to read Corey Wayne's book 10-15 times until I am master at it.

Recently managed to get an ex back that I kicked to the curb. But she has brought across me as to why I still haven’t proposed to her and also her wanting to have another baby with me. I didn’t txt, call, or even txt her as much before. I cut her off completely. Then BAM!!! Here she comes texting me paragraph’s after paragraphs. Fellas just play it cool and listen to Wayne! Dude knows his shit so damn good. She wants me to move back in and start all over. She texts me NON FUCKEN STOP! She needs and wants me around at all times. I rarely txt her. And when I do it’s about our son. But wow it’s crazy how it all just flipped on her.

Sit back fellas, improve yourself, talk to other women, obviously dont ever tell her. Work out , travel and at some point if you guys had a good relationship, she will thing about that stuff and when shit is not going her way, u better beleive shes going to reach out! be happy! dont ever beg! put on a front if you have too.

A great insight about time. We think we have to do MORE. But just let go of the steering wheel, which seems simple but is often the hardest thing to do.
So basically you took her back after she was ran through smh and had no other options….what why would you want that back don’t take 3 Months to know she loves you that’s crazy who knows what she was doing or who she was doing it with I’ll pass on that.

I ditched her and regretted it. Reached out and she said we’re never getting back together (ouch). She brought all her friends and family to console her about the breakup and they all hate me. Go figure. She wanted the “friends” relationship, during our conversation 🙈 Told her, if she wants to see me, she can reach out.

It's so frustrating to watch this video in hindsight of making so many of the mistakes he advises against making. I'm blocked on her FB and she doesn't want me contacting her anymore. Basically I tried too hard to get her back and made myself look like a chump. Seems hopeless at this point.
At the end of the day, if someone really appreciates you for who you are, they will always put in the effort and make it easy for you to see them. If they closed all the doors, that person really didn't want you that much anyway. You deserve someone who wants you as much as you want them and who puts in the same effort yo see you.
Whatever happened, learn from it and move on. You never lose if you don't lose the lesson.

I just want to give a big thank you to you for seeming to give all of this advice in a more genuine way. Others like Brad Browning; while may have similar & probably good points seem to do it in a strategic way trying to pray off of the desperate or broken heart in attempts to make $...so again i just want to say thanks for doing what you do on here & not doing it as a way of dangling hope in front of people's face yet not giving the full advice that could "potentially" help someone to end up back in the arms of the one that they've fallen hard enough in love with to seek out advice

My ex broke up with me 2 months ago. I had finally became okay without her (or so i thought), suddenly she started to message me often, which made it hard to break my attachment. We met up and she was treating me like a friend, so i said i needed time and space to clear my head and can not be your friend. When i got home i text her "Give me a call if you want to get a hot chocolate sometime, goodnight". She did not reply. Don't be scared to walk away if their terms is not what you want. Keep learning and growing. Use this time to work on yourself! Because you will either get them back or find someone better! Do not panic you will be fine!

There are many variables from person to person and situation to situation but i can confirm the "no contact" method does infact work.
My ex broke up with me for being too needy, and obsessive. Both of which were things I have been working on, much more than she has worked on her own problems...
I started the no contact rule and within 2-3 days she was shocked that I still hadn't contacted her, now all of a sudden she sends me five messaages, and when i finally called her back (a day after).. she says she misses me, wants to see me. Obviously i have to apply many of the rules, and not just run back to her. So i finished the conversation with "let me know when you want to go out and do something." Unfortunately, we both work, so I may not have the privilege of holding it off for too long, more than likely going to see her today or tomorrow.

S WB i feel you. My ex broke up with me in July. I didnt go no contact but she decided to come back in my life and i changed a few things she hated. I would get drunk and we would fight. I stopped drinking. The only thing was i was still a bit needy. I should have listened to him. But now i lost her last wednesday. She told me she doesnt love me. I will try the no contact to move on and hold on to a bit of hope she will miss me and contact me. Wish me luck. I love this girl and will do anything to have another chance

I'm applying the no contact rule now. I doubt very much this will work. I'm pretty sure she means it when she says it's over. I'm researching the hell out of this subject right now. Chances are in about 3-4 weeks I'll contact her. If it doesn't work at least I took another shot at it. At that point I know she closed the door on me.

I do these 7 things when I feel her pull away or her emotions shift. Basically remove your attention when she removes hers. It tells you everything you need to know about where her interest level is at.

Watch all of Corey's videos, but read the book. I bought it for I think £5 nothing really. I don't really use it anymore, that's only because I know it inside out. I have a refresher every now and then. Keep going mate, you'll get there in the end. ITS EASY

I had a toxic woman from my past try to start her manipulations with me again. I forgave her, wished her the best, and asked her politely but firmly to pretend I didn't exist.
Sometimes you need to walk away, without even thinking about inviting abuse back into your life.
If she wants to be in a relationship she will stay in that relationship and fight for it. Stop trying to make her want it, she will bail at the first problem. Now if you treat youre girl right, if you still go on dates and so on and she is ... bored, let's say, let her leave and move on. It's for the better.

What if they have someone telling them "if they love you they will come to you"....both parties end of doing the same thing and its done.
It happens..I went nc with my x 25 years ago...I still miss her.. be an adult, don't let chances of sorting things out disappear in silence.. I do not agree with the no contact rule..it prevents communication and solutions.
No contact it's literally for you not for them to miss you or anything, during this time you should be focusing on yourself, finding yourself, improving yourself, healing, etc, there is no point in No contact if all you do during that time is thinking about the person, is said person reaches out, then assume they want to see you, if not don't even think about them because if you do, you're just wasting your energy.
Then that person is obviously more importat to them than you are. Move on a dont ever contact them again unless they reach out to you first. Remember, if you did it correctly then you left the door open for them to get in touch with you based on your terms, and if they want to continue to be a part of your life they will make that decision. If someone else convinces them otherwise, it is there loss.
@Andrew Reed They broke up with you, didn’t they? it was their decision and you made it clear that it’s not what you wanted and that you still wanted her/him. Then he/she should know it’s on them. This is what someone says to give themselves a reason to be a pushover. Especially with women, you don’t talk through feelings. You let them develop on their own. “Be an adult” translates, “be a complete loser and beg for someone that doesn’t value you to stay with you because you don’t think you deserve better”
@@areed2268 You would agree with the no contact rule if your girlfriend dumped you and you chased her and tried talking her into going back out with you for 5 months straight with no results. I think ive pushed her away more by trying. Im still not over her yet in any way whatsoever, so the only option now is to go no contact. No contact is apparently meant to be about letting them miss you while you work on yourself. If they don't come back, then you've built yourself back up into a confident man again.
Years later I have come back to say when your in your best space you don't want your ex back. Corey has helped with this.

After watching your videos and downloading the libby audio book. I realize I had been pushing and pursuing my ex. We had a final discussion and she obviously wasn't interested and had a wall up. So I broke it off. She did contact me a few days later asking if we could talk about it. I realized I had allowed her to push me off my center. So I toldher I needed some time to figure things out. It has been 2.5 weeks, to which I have spent watching and listening to Corey Waynes advice. According to Corey in many of the videos. I do not need to do a no contact. Even though it seems like she was being selfish and becoming distant towards the end. I had caused that. I will contact her this weekend and ask to meet up for a coffee. If she is enjoying it and her attraction is high, I will cut the meeting short leaving her wanting more. Just wanted to say thanks to Corey Wayne for sharing his knowledge and experiences with us.

Now why the hell would I ever EVER want an ex back?
I initiated the breakup, explained her my reasons, it was related to our future together, and things about that weren't really in our hands. Everything went down respectfully. She understood why I was doing what I was doing.
She however still tried to bring us back together a few times but I refused. And then one day she gave up and she went on no contact. However after 2 months of nc when I went back to her patch things up and tried explaining that I can work things out now, she just decided to shut me off. Told me to back off and that she has no emotional connection for me anymore, and that she doesn't want to relate with me in any way. She said that she still respects me a lot but doesn't want to get back into this. And that she is finally moving ahead in life after a lot of emotional struggle and that I shouldn't make it difficult for her. I did some begging and pleading, ans then she blocked me, but unblocked me after a week.
But I went on complete no contact from the day she blocked me.
It has been almost 2 months now.
What should I do now?

Honestly. Don't go back is the best bet. It ended for a reason. See so many ppl justify terrible behavior and take an ex back because it is familiar and don't want to be alone. In order to grow, ya need shed the old shell. I'm not saying never take an ex back, but unless considerable time has passed and you can think logically, just don't do it. You can and will do better.
in my case i'm the one who broke up with him, we live in a different cities, we used to talk everyday, he was always treating with love and respect, he was talking about future together and marriage, then everything changed when he stared a new job, he was so busy, i understood the situation and i didn't want to annoy him i gave him space, and he became even more distant, but he started blaming me for that, he said that it's not gonna work if i keep being this way, i felt like he didn't want me anymore, i asked him "do you want us to stop here? he avoided answering, but i got it, i said ok lets end up here,

This is difficult if not impossible to apply if you have own a house together and she wants to sell it. There will be all the hard talks to have when she is focused on selling & moving on.
It really works guys within a few hours of no contact I got a message for dinner.
but if she contacts you again after 4, 6, 8 weeks...mean that she may just be curious (cat) to see what's what? to see if you're still interested/ taken ?? doesn't necessarily mean she wants to get back together, it can be more just to get your attention again....

Ex asked for a break on June 3rd and it sounded like a break up. I told her I didn’t want one but I respect it if you do. I did try to convince her a bit but I caught myself and stopped and asked what she wanted. Week really sucked but after 5 days of no contact she texted me if we could hang out Sunday. we’re meeting up at my place. Ty man I need to read the fucking book 10-15 god damn times.

Watch Swingers the movie ! There is absolutely no reason at all to contact an ex. No if and or buts about it. Just to touch upon what corey said. I was 21 and went through a very bad breakup. I went into no contact and about 6 months later she contacted me. She said she wanted no hard feelings. She said this probably bc the guilt was so deep she couldn’t resist but to get into contact with me. By that time i have moved on and basically said take care. The whole point of no contact is that you want to put yourself into the proper mindset to take her back or not when she does contact you. Life is too short to worry about an ex. There called your ex for a reason. You always want to be viewed as the prize. If you want others to respect you, you have to respect yourself first.
I never get back with exes. It's always what I've done.
