  • I have a long list of things I needed to do to my Honda Grom, so I figured why not give these cheap motorcycle stands a try and see if they can do what I ask them to.
Long story short, they ARE worth the money.. Or lack of.
Motorcycle Stand Set In Video: amzn.to/38jKUMX
Motorcycle Stand Set (With Front Triple Tree): amzn.to/2Ie5Avl
    Rear Motorcycle Stand: amzn.to/2Ig3Phh
    Triple Tree Motorcycle Stand: amzn.to/38iGvtO
If you use the links above, I get a small commission. The support means the world!

You talked about using a stand on the front only. For what it’s worth, they recommend not doing that. You’re only supposed to use a front stand in conjunction with the rear stand as it stabilizes the whole bike.

I have a set Venom Sport Motorcycle stands that I use on a daily basis. They're $70 a set and work flawless! I'd assume they're made by a similar company to the ones in this video. I will agree, the front seems sketchy but they work once you figure out how to keep them up there properly. I don't service the front very often so I haven't needed to get a Triple Tree stand. Although, if you're buying them might as well just spend the extra for the Triple Tree Stand version.

As a fellow Croc owner and lover, I suggest drilling and mounting those U bolts up front and ditching the clamp on the lift and keeping the front plate. Holds the bike way better with straps and you can still use the front and rear stands. Front the plate goes inside the stand. Hard to explain haha. I love my lift, I have the same one. Those stands i use as well. I have since added spools and changed the swing arm attachment to the spool attachment.

Suggestion. Get a clear/transparent mat to go on your desk so you can protect it from getting scraped up too much.

You’re removing a tire and doing a brake job.
Did you forget about the title that says “cheap stands”.
You could have tried to move the bike around, shaken it from side to side, just to show how sturdy or flimsy they are, but we got tire removal and brake job.
    WTF

Hey Tanner, I lost my GSD. She was a bicolor and looked a lot like Diesel. I got her from a breeder in the New Hampshire. I live in Ohio and was wondering where you got Diesel. I'd much rather find a breeder in Ohio. Diesel has wonderful temperament. That is usually a good sign that a breeder knows what he/she is doing. Thanks, Jeff

I always buy cheaper stands unless its a single side swingarm stand then it needs to be a bit beefier. With that tiny ass bike i would just strap it to the rafters with ratchet straps.
