Guys, I tried this method, except that I scored after 15minutes in the covered Dutch oven - trust me, much easier than trying to saw, which I didn’t even attempt! 😅 Thank you for the idea, Gluten Morgen!
I just found your channel and I LOVE it! I've seen some of your shorts-this is my first full length video I've seen and I absolutely loved it! I learned a lot today, thank you!!
Great! I am wondering how I can prepare "Aufbackbrötchen" with my sourdough. Would love any idea for a good working recipe to make breadrolls till shaping, then freeze them till I want them freshly baked for brekfast. Can you tell me what to have in mind for this idea?
🤔 I’m wondering if I could put the frozen shaped loaf in fridge until it’s soft enough to score. Or put in oven and score a few minutes into the bake time. Sawing a frozen loaf seems pretty dangerous 😂
BIG question: am I supposed to let the bread rise BEFORE I put it in the freezer??? His looks like it has risen but I put mine in the freezer without allowing it to rise. Now what???
Was I the only one that didn’t understand how long to put in the loaf of bread in the oven for? Did he say 15 minutes or 50 minutes and at maximum temperature?
At 2 minutes you said only an expert baker could tell the difference. What is the difference? It is almost the same I agree but there is something not quite right but I dont know if that's just my bread in general...

The totally frozen dough ready to bake and frozen. Scored with a saw!❤I couldn't believe that would work. But it really did!
Judy found this channel and what a treasure trove it is for bread lovers like me ❤ thanks from Manchester UK
I agree with all of them. How great! I just did a frozen dough yesterday and it turned out fabulous.
I never would have guessed cooking from frozen would have worked!
That was amazing. No more defrosting! 😮😅 Thanks!!!
May the Gluten be with you!
I learned to reheat bread in Italy by running it under water before baking/toasting. Works perfectly!
awesome....one of the best videos I have seen...probably the best....thank you !!!

thanks for sharing different frozen ideas. Would you mind to advise the brand of your bread slicer? How does it work? Thanks.
It's a generic one bought in the supermarket. 😅
Do you have any videos on Einkorn or Spelt bread??

How long do we keep the bread in the fridge before we bake it if we want to bake an already baked bread? 🤔
How long can you freeze the dough?
hi may i ask you is that sourdough you are freezing? thanksxx

Do you think this works because it’s sourdough or could the same method be used with yeast?
Can you add a link to the slicer?
One more experiment should be a fully ready, and scored loaf, put into the freezer, then bake after frozen.
#2 was thawed dough, #4 was straight from freezer frozen dough.

Nice one! Perhaps the bread slices could be thicker...
