    Hi Siva,
I am unable to get message in the mail that I had given while creating alert. Is there any extra configuration needed for that.
Also Is there any chance to update that alert.
    Thanks in advance,
    Rama.

Hi Vivek - I know there is an option in on-prem Mule, however, I dont have enough experience and I cannot comment on that. Sorry.

    Hi Siva,
Thanks a lot for your youtube channel. Very informative :-)
I am preparing for mule certification and My skill set Oracle SOA .
In oracle SOA we can created alert based on notification rule and set of frequency to avoid mail flooding. I have seen you video on Circuit braker as well. if we use combination of circuit braker and email will reduce mail flooding. But my question any other way can we avoid mail flooding based on frequency rather than individual email failure

Hi Krishna - Excellent thought. You answered yourself and you can introduce a mechanism with Object Store to keep count of error threshold and you can send alert only when there is an obvious needs. However, manipulating on the threshold is a bit risky and there is a danger of alert not getting triggered at all if logic goes wrong. I dont recommend this other than stopping the scheduler in PROD by the Ops team.
