Ahh the self proclaimed "experts" of relationships😂😂 . Ok to be honest there are 2 or three good ones, but the rest are just giving toxic advices. Its like they are misserable so they want others to be misserable. Their toxic advices often remind me of a old slavic joke: In a apartement some guy wants to put expensive wallpapers on all of walls in his apartement. But he doesent know how many rolls to buy. Then he remembers that a neighbour of his who lives in the same building one level below him did the wallpaper thing in his apartment. So he rings on his door bell and asked him how many rolls did he bought. The neighbour told him that he bought 25 rolls. So the guy went to a store and bought 25 rolls of the most expensive wallpapers. A week later the neighbour asked him hows his day and all and asked him what he did with about the wallpapers he asked about. And the guy replies slightly angry "WTF, man now I have 22 rolls that are extra and I cant even sell them back!!!" And the neighbour starts laughing sayng "So? I also ended up with extra 22 rolls and can not resell them". Good video Aloona, stay safe.

I feel she's giving advice for how to get a one night stand. If you want a lasting relationship then just being your self is better, because that is something you can keep doing in the long run. However being confident is important, and learning to be confident in your self is beneficial in general in life. So using some time every now and then to remind yourself about your positive sides is good and if you don't believe you have any good things about your self, then find them, because not seeing anything good in your self is just5 a side effect of bad self conscience.
