  • I was asked for some muscle mass building training programs, hence the reposting of this older video.
    I'll explain two training programs that will produce, over time, excellent results. Give them a try and let me know.
    I do list quite a variety of possible training programs in my book "Are You Fat-making or Calorie-burning?" You can order it via Google, Amazon, Goodreads, Target, Walmart, national bookstore chains and it is carried by some libraries as well.

    Great vid- thank you. Out of the two choices presented, strength training please as I understand that aids fat loss/burning anyway

      Yes, strength training with progressively heavier weights over time is an excellent fat loss route. Still so some cardio, steady state or HIIT
