that is un-African. AFRICAN NO LONGER PRACTICE that mentality. Eons ago they did that. The positive about being the same = more productivity. The negative of it, if you are wrong in that think... everyone falls down together like dominoes. The issue in being the 'same' AFRICA GROWS LIKE NATURE, diverse and widespread, yet resilient. ** in the west when stocks market crash = all the business goes down together, all the economy turn up or turn down AT THE SAME TIME. This was the 3rd reason why Africa survive the covid pandemic. not all business relied on the same order to survive. Ethiopia diversity is its strength. Japan is also another causality of discipline and hardworking. it became toxic = its population got older and is dying off because everybody is discipline & hardworking at the job to have a follow up generation of children. ❤💛💚
The Ethiopia Aviation University has a first-class pilot training structure in the world. Even the United States can learn lots of wisdom from Ethiopia.
