Day 4 of the Characters Advent Calendar! I am a bit late with this video, it is past midnight in my country, but this has been a horrible day in a horrible week, so I’m just glad to be able to upload this vid at all. It was supposed to be uploaded more than an hour ago (so within my ‘deadline’), but I realized at the last minute that the coloring I had applied on all my clips required NewBlue V6 which I don’t have, so I had to remove all the V6 pluggins from the coloring and re-adjust all clips one by one so that they had a color that wasn’t super ugly; and that took me an hour and a half…
Anyways, this vid is my Secret Santa gift for Mary aka maryxstuart, my dear co-host of All it cost her., our group dedicated to vidding Reign! I thought it was fitting to vid Mary Stuart for you! (And it was supposed to be uploaded yesterday, which was the actual Mary Stuart’s birthday, but well… stuff happened haha). I really hope you’ll enjoy this gift sweetie, I poured my heart in it. I tried to show the three ‘sides’ of Mary: her brokenness (all the people she’s lost, all the times she’s been betrayed); her happiness and joy (with Francis, with her ladies, with her son); and her ‘badass’ side, the powerful queen that would let no men control her.

Loved the series finale. When she gets to heaven, she immediately tells francis how hard it has been. Her life was so hard and for so many years!! Finally, some peace after struggling and fighting, mainly on her own, for a very long time. Also, loved her growth as a woman and as a queen after francis died. It was fun to watch that!

I don't care what anyone says my opinion mary was a badass I loved her strength and her bravery not backing down from what she believed in and standing up for what she wanted she did the she could considering everyone was against her and betrayed her son, brother everyone I loved that she wanted to be a good kind queen someone who made difference I don't care what bad things people say she will always my favorite even if elizabeth was the greatest queen and won Mary life was so sad and tragic so was elizabeth but I wish that mary won but she ruled with her heart that probably was her down fall but I still love her
