Fantastic video, love it! 👏🏼 However, I would disagree on the fact that majority of MSLs come through med info or med affairs fellowship. I’ve become an MSL after PhD research and business development roles. I also know a lot of MSLs who got their first MSL jobs right out of academia as postdoc researchers or out of academic centers as clinical pharmacists.
Hey Sibin we haven't heard from you in a minute. I hope you're doing well. Hoping to see more informational/education videos. I'm currently a P1 in Pharm school, and my pharmacist in the retail sector are telling me to leave. I can't reach any staff/inpatient hospital pharmacist to see their POV. There's even less information about Pharma pharmacy. So whenever you get a chance, please let us know how you're doing on your journey. It's very inspirational and informative.
Hi, I’m in year 12 and currently studying my a levels at the moment. I was just wondering if it’s possible to become an msl by doing a degree in neuroscience?
Great video, thanks! What's an example of an insight that you get from talking to KOLs? In other words what information do MSLs get that the company find most valuable?
Nice video. I would like to ask a question. So I am a pharmacist in Indonesia. So for example, I would like to start a career MSL abroad. Excluding experience, skills, etc. Is it necessary to obtain a pharmacist license in the country where I would like to work as an MSL? Thank you in advance for your answer.
Can you further explain your fellowship experience? I have seen most job descriptions for MSL requiring at least some years of experience. Also great video!
Hi Sibin, thank you for your informative video! Do you have any insight for a someone with 18 years of Clinical Research Associate and study management experience to venture into an MSL role? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Pharmacists in retail are mentally unstable tbh. The retail environment is toxic. Don't listen to them and be discouraged.
Hi, I’m in year 12 and currently studying my a levels at the moment. I was just wondering if it’s possible to become an msl by doing a degree in neuroscience?
Of course. The area of study is less important than simply having general research and/or clinical experience.
