- One of the eight scenic spots in Miaoli, "Three Terraces Green Mountains", is located on Moyan Mountain. In recent years, the newly completed trail is like a broad avenue, allowing tourists to easily climb to the top of Moyan Mountain. Visitors can also continue to the south peak of Moyan Mountain and hike a circular route, passing by the south peak of Moyan Mountain, the century-old Maoge Tribe earth god temple, the Fengluque Tea Pavilion ruins, the Maoge Tribe leader's house ruins, Qudong Temple, etc. and other scenic spots and history remains.

Qudong Temple → 7 minutes → Moyan Mountain Trailhead → 15 minutes → Moyan Mountain North Peak → 10 minutes → Moyan Mountain South Peak → 15 minutes → Fengluque Tea Pavilion ruins → 12 minutes → Centennial Maoge Tribe earth god temppe → 8 minutes →Indigenous Residence Ruins/Fude Temple →10 minutes →Qudong Temple (the above does not include stop and rest time, the travel time is about 2 hours).

There are public toilets next to the Qudong Temple Activity Center.
【Traffic information】
★Public transportation: None.
★Driving by yourself: You can enter "Qudong Temple, Touwu Township, Miaoli County" on Google Maps satellite navigation, and you can navigate to the Qudong Palace parking lot.

道卡斯族大本營在造橋、後龍、通霄一帶，苗栗高鐵站附近就住道卡斯人，縣長劉政鴻就是道卡斯族人.

竟然到了我的老家了！
上次造訪墨硯山天候不佳，沒有美麗的展望，看來是時候再跑一次了～
6:26 的景觀台感覺懼高者不宜，有點刺激~光看影片就有點頭暈啦~~哈哈
I would be concerned about the engineering. As the years go by, metal rusts and decays. I doubt that engineers were used in the design. Most likely, "Scrap Metal" was made to fit where needed. There is too much stuff there. It looks like upkeep and maintenance is not kept up. I'm sure the property owner spent a huge amount of time and money on it. It might be better to keep the best of it and discard the rest. I doubt many (if any) people are helping with the upkeep. It makes the prospects of the property having any of this on it when the property owner passes, in doubt. Also, because it is so close to a public trail, the government may get involved and demand a fence to protect people. Here, in the USA, this place would never exist, fence or not. The thumb of the government would have stopped it.

其實以前剛開始整理的時候風景非常美，植栽好幾十棵楓樹，純庭院造景非常雅緻，只是後來地主後來比較有想法（？），才開始越變越怪，自己也很多年沒走過去那裡，樓梯什麼都非常老舊感覺到處就是拼拼湊湊的😅，建議快速通過即可！

要去的人要小心有狗會追人
今天有去到墨硯山南峰，私人土地的部分看起來有一段時間沒人整理了，會怕怕的話不建議一個人前往(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)
想請教老師 您15:36我的地圖中的橘色線是怎麼畫的? 我自己也有製作地圖的習慣 但是像墨硯山農場 風爐缺這種GOOGLE MAP沒有標示的景點或是GOOGLE MAP沒有路線的部分沒辦法規畫路線 設定好的話路線會嚴重偏移 所以想請教老師是怎麼讓橘色線按照自己的意思繞一圈? 我有嚐試用新增路線或形狀去製作但是做出來的路線沒辦法製作出那種效果只能拉出直線不能拉出曲線😓
我是將GPS軌跡gpx檔，匯入Google地圖，不是我自己畫的。你可以參考我拍的一支影片”登山怕迷路?如何運用Google地圖來導航”, 內容有提到如何將gpx匯入Google地圖。

哈！有此一誤，而且我還錯過南峰的一間石棚小土地公廟。
私房景點被爆出來，完蛋，據說已故李元簇前副總統也爬過這座山

我不確定, 不過推測應該可以, 否則進香團如何前往曲洞宮呢?
有人無私分享土地，有人自私放狗咬人
未必全都是源自於自私心態，也許是生活經驗歷練出來的自我保護方式。
關公看起來了無生趣
曲洞宮在興建的時候，台灣還在日本人的統治之下。所以蓋廟等於是明著反對日本人的神道教信仰，很有可能會遭遇日本人的反對而受罰。加上原住民普遍對於日本人的統治充滿敵意，造成建廟者對日本人隱瞞原住民族的部分，以避免可能的危險嗎？但無論如何，敢在日治時代建廟，真的夠大膽的。誰知道日本人會不會為了要推行皇民化，把這些人視為眼中釘除掉。
台灣很多廟宇都是在日本時代興建的或改建，不會有問題的。隱瞞原住民的部分，恐怕是漢人的問題（我只是含蓄沒有明言而已）。皇民化運動是日本統治晚期時的政策，不宜與大正民主時期搞混。
