I thoroughly enjoyed this discourse, how open and vulnerable he decides to be, caring zero of how others will view him.I lift my hat to you and have a new appreciation for you brother, you have also opened my eyes to different perspectives.

Just listening to him made me remember what I went thru growing up. That really fucked me up, just sorry I never had this medz. My mom passed away before I could reach to that mature stage to have that talk with her. Love her dearly, she wasn’t really a wonderful mom but she tried.

Pure truth, parents do that bloody thing, especially that older generation of parent. They make you feel guilty and they manipulate the hell out of you. My grandma was the exact same way and I was never her favourite because I called her out. True words . That’s why I hate when ppl say then if you don’t have kids who going to help you when you get old. Yes we should be good to our parents but children are not old age pensions. You should plan for your life. My grandma use to guilt the hell out of all her children about how much she had them, especially when she wanted something from them 😄

Everyone reaches a point where they must remove toxicity from their lives in order to succeed.Even if that means removing family.Being a part of negativity and allowing it to continue to manifest can’t bring forth anything good.A lot of people can relate to this it’s just how we choose to deal with it.💯

Very high intellect from curly lox being truthful because a lot of us can relate to this parenting situation. That’s why self esteem n confidence is so important because 90% of parents don’t even teach there kids how to value and love them self regardless. A simple hug and I love u to ur kids can change the world for the kids and Also that caring n love benefits the parents as well #Knowledge is power

He speaks so much truth! It's frustrating when you want to be the person or the generation to change the legacy of your family to something great, but the fears of the those before and their burdens try to tie you down. My Grandmother raised me to be independent and confident but yet she finds those same qualities to be offensive when I don't share her fears.
