Carthon was bad enough to fire Vrabel when Vrabel was stuck with an aging/broken QB, no receivers, no o-line, etc. Obviously the team took a step backward this season, but Carthon barely had time to build up the offense. I think he deserved at least this draft to make some improvements. The only way this makes sense is if there were strong disagreements about what to do with the first pick, get a QB or stick with Levis, etc. Or maybe Carthon wasn't getting along with ownership on a personal level. Who knows, because it certainly doesn't make sense.

They have replaced most everyone GM on down to players multiple times with the same results I think it’s time to focus the other direction Head of football operations all the way up to the owners as the potential problem. Somethings just not jiving there.

If I'm a qb in this draft, Titans are not the place you want to be. They've fired a coach and/or gm 4 years in a row. There's a high likely hood you'll have a new HC the following year and potentially on your 2nd or 3rd OC in a calendar year. The roster while having some pieces, is overall a mess. Trading back makes the most sense, but owner loves to be involved. They're going to force a qb with those weapons to work. Good luck if they pick you.

Drop Callahan now, before he "F's" up the draft- don't give into the QB hype-Sanders will be Jameis Winston at best, Ward will Josh Johnson at best- trade back, grab the best O-line tackle, make a play for JJ McCarthy and grab Jaxson Dart in the 2nd- finish with veterans to fill the gap, Ran got himself fired by the way, look at the moves he did and look at the record for the last 2 yrs, its a no brainer, now Callahan still being there, scratching my head, his Dad has failed at he O-line as well-

@michaeldaniel7012 i agree and that's the problem, she doesn't have a clue who to hire. I am a Redskin fan and once the ownership changed look what has happened, the new owner has experience and know how and he hired the right people and has turned this team around within a short amount of time.
