What is GMP?
GMP or Good Manufacturing Practices is a system that ensures manufacturing products are consistently made and controlled, according to quality standards. GMP regulations are followed by businesses that manufacture food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical goods. This protects both the company and the consumer from negative food safety events.
GMP regulations are established by local regulatory bodies to help ensure that the production, verification, and validation of manufactured products are aligned with established standards that make them safe for market distribution.
