- I wanted to create this video for all of the new players making their way to Modern Warfare Remastered. For the time, this was all new and really anything went as far as features (or lack thereof) in a Call of Duty title. Much of the stuff in this game we would feel is complete BS now is what made the game great. Here's my 5 :
1. Your computer will most likely hitch a lot while playing.
2. Veterans that played ( especially the original ) will make you rage quit.
3. Be prepared to hear choppers constantly.
4. No lean feature. Most are used to this and for some reason people think its a useless move. Yeah? So is prone then.
5. Once you see how awesome the depot is you will realize you got suckered into buying Infinite Warfare JUST so you could play this game that should have been a stand alone game.
This is my first experience with MW series. I have MW 3 but I got that after BO2. I got into call of duty around BO1. This video helped me out understanding the game a bit more. I'm soooo glad there is no tac or grenade resist in this game because I hate those perks. Never used them and hated fighting with people that used them.

COD 4 multiplayer is unplayable due to hackers. I tried and my account got put at - 16 trillion xp and now its impossible to level up. so i am stuck with level 1 unlocks.

No player who ever played COD4 would do it. I don't know if it's still the case, but it used to reduce the long range damage from 30-20. So you actually needed to use the naked AK. It's just tradition at this point.

You can use more strategies in boots on the ground than boost jumps games. But infinite warfare has a new online mode called tactical tdm which allows you to play boots on the ground but wall running is still allowed because there are some locations that need wall run. Wall run doesn't outplay players because you can't jump so high.
I don't know about anyone else, but watching this guy try to justify the relevance of this game to 13 year olds just pissed me off.

He said real war 'tactics' that means tactics, he never said real war simulator, quit trying to be a smart ass. Real war tactics means using tactics in order to defeat the enemy, getting points is not really a tactic, but they can call in air support if needed. Which makes sense because a higher ranking officer would only be able to radio for a chopper or something, not any random soldier. Which is why you need to 'rank up' in order to unlock more kill streaks. It makes sense if you think about it, because imagine starting a game where you can call in whatever you like without points, it would ruin the game.

Best Modern Warfare imo. I remember the good times, especially the single player. Was one of the best stories of the whole franchise.
it's not a big blast radius it's just that the grenade indicators tells you when you're going to get killed by a grenade and not when your getting close to one
Who remembers that one player in a server with the RPD, Martyrdom, Juggernaut, and Triple Frag in COD4?
My biggest issue with this game is the gaps between controller sensitivities. It seems like you can't fine tune the controls enough, and the response of the controller feels weird.

Just so you know, weapon customization was most certainly a thing in the original Modern Warfare. They've just added additional camoflauge options for Remaster (which is a nice touch).

Mw2 will never be on the same page at cod4. It was so perfect in every way. It was actually about skill, all guns were useful, best killstreaks out of the whole series, no bs perks, and had the best maps.

+mad doge MW2 was a great cod yes but it had it's flaws, the UMP45 was the best SMG by far, one man army danger close infinite noob tubes, commando knife lunge, the shotguns as a secondary was rough, precision airstrike and attack helicopter were useless even with danger close pro and higher killstreaks encouraged camping. I played a lot of MW2 and COD4 but the cod i'll always play just for fun is cod4, the pace of the game is a lot quicker, besides frag spam and the m16a4 the game is excellent and far more skill based. I only played mw2 as much because of the amount of people who used to play it, the quickscoping community took off on that cod, also getting titles for bragging rights in 1v1's 2v2's etc. (Got javelin gold legit)

please show me kill confirmed on cod4.. what about all the new camo's? what about getting all the guns gold? cod4 you had 1 gold gun out of each class (AR- ak47, SMG-uzi, LMG- M60, Shotgun- m1014, Sniper-dragunov, Sidearm-deagle), domination switching sides... that didnt happen in cod4! why say you wouldnt change a game and just update graphics and things of that nature... what about the classic glitches within the game, getting out of maps etc... lots of that has been patched (personally would have left it in).

Indeed, they should've made it so that we can buy it separately at a cheaper price... I will take Battlefield 1 any day over CoD but i would still like to play some cod4 for the good old days

Well.. Yesterday I buy IW legacy edition so I have to play both games, the good thing is that I only pay 48 dollars for that edition that actually cost 80, so yep :v
