where do you get those dowels for the cylinder head?
Oh, a fine rival, i am aiming at 700+ whp Supercharger build :)
I love this! That's a very healthy goal to have. I've taken a break because I run a company, and we get wildly busy in the summer months. So I might not be posting for a bit, unfortunately.
You should be filming your process though. For sure
where did you look to find all this information , like where do i buy the right head studs and what do i tell the machine shop

How big is that storage unit? Is it expensive monthly?
I dont know it is like $500 and something. Not sure what we pay here. Just comes out of the account.
Is there a torque down difference changing the stud size to M12??.
@@AllThingsQuick can you tell them to me please brother. Would be greatly appreciated!!.

Any update video ?
So actually I will be updating it yes, but not until the spring time.
Unfortunately I am having to get rid of my shop this month because I'm moving in a few months. So when the snow is gone I'll be doing an update.
Alternatively, you can join our discord server there and I have created a forum specific to this build regarding the ARP studs on literally EVERYTHING you need to know.

Who sells a gasket with 12mm holes in it
Used a cone sanding stone on a dremel and open the bolt holes on the gasket with the gasket secured gently to a block of wood
Bigger studs for higher compression have always made the most sense to me.
I'm actually lowering the compression in this application. So you are right, but not in this sense.
@@AllThingsQuick What are you lowering the compression to? I'm more familiar with the M50 engines and many go down to 9.5:1 for turbo applications.
