My teacher also used to be Korean and I won’t understand half the words he was saying but he was a great teacher right before the practice ended we would play games and race my favorite was when you hold one leg up infront of you and try to push the other person down we had soft pads so we would hurt ourselves there

has this changed as I saw from some earlier introduction video, that the first two blocks (after the low blocks ) are to the head level as they are in the sequence 3
