How to use TURMERIC to Cure Gum Recession, Gingivitis and Bleeding Gums
Natural toothpaste for teeth and gums
Turmeric, a spice commonly used in cooking, has been explored for its potential health benefits, including its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. While it may offer some relief for gum issues like gum recession, gingivitis, and bleeding gums, it's important to note that it's not a guaranteed cure and should be used as a complementary treatment alongside conventional dental care. Here's how you can use turmeric for these gum problems:
Turmeric Paste:
Mix turmeric powder with water or coconut oil to form a paste.
Apply the paste directly to the affected gums.
Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Be cautious as turmeric can stain clothing and surfaces, so take care not to spill it.
Turmeric Supplements:
Turmeric supplements are available in the form of capsules or tablets.
Follow the dosage instructions provided on the supplement packaging or consult with a healthcare professional for guidance on appropriate dosage.
Turmeric Oil Massage:
Mix a few drops of turmeric essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or olive oil.
Gently massage the oil mixture into your gums for a few minutes.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly afterward.
Remember to use turmeric as part of a comprehensive oral hygiene routine, which should include regular brushing, flossing, and visits to the dentist. If you experience persistent gum issues, it's essential to consult with a dentist or healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
NOTE: TURMERIC won't stain natural teeth. If it stains, it is temporary and goes away in a couple of hours. If having crowns/caps please avoid turmeric.

My son got his wisdom tooth infection and did not take care . Now with passage of time the cheek and the gum has become black and thick . Last 2 molars's of the lower gum have also become black . What is the best home remedy to treat this . Shown to the dentist he said it needs to get biopsy done . He is scared . So want to start with home remedy. PLEASE KINDLY HELP AND REPLY.
