So we own in Puamana. Were there last month and couldn’t ride our bikes anywhere. Couldn’t believe the checkpoints! Crazy. I have a friend living in our place because her house was burned. She stated that she was able to go down a side street and got to Longs and two black SUVs surrounded her and her friend… wanted to see her license and asked what she was doing. This is insane. Everyone is treated like a criminal. The locals have been pushed out and I received calls the day after the fires wanting me to sell. Have to stand strong. Can’t let people be bought. Pray for Lahaina and its people.
The people of Lahaina need to sue for access to their own properties and to public streets. There’s no reason for this and it’s not done anywhere else during horrible incidences like this. For a short time maybe but not like this. They’ll do what they allow.

So we own in Puamana. Were there last month and couldn’t ride our bikes anywhere. Couldn’t believe the checkpoints! Crazy. I have a friend living in our place because her house was burned. She stated that she was able to go down a side street and got to Longs and two black SUVs surrounded her and her friend… wanted to see her license and asked what she was doing. This is insane. Everyone is treated like a criminal. The locals have been pushed out and I received calls the day after the fires wanting me to sell. Have to stand strong. Can’t let people be bought. Pray for Lahaina and its people.

We live in western NC and have seen the weather destruction first hand. There are small towns in the mountains that are completely gone. Hundreds of people missing and we will never know the death count. So we can relate.

It’s done on purpose! The longer officials wait to rebuild, land owners become more desperate and sell out. County officials love seeing big homes built by millionaires to boost property taxes. That’s why County officials pass new housing zone laws prohibiting tiny homes. Amish built them for NC flood victims. County officials allow temporary housing in tents and campers. Not the tiny homes unless at campgrounds, fairgrounds (temporary shelters). Using weather manipulation to destroy generational families. Drive them into 15 minute walkable cities. Where they can be monitored, surveillance. Not with their extended families.
