youtube channel "Daedelus community" has a guide on the very basics of using BIOS and creating a bootloader and he shows you how to create a "kernel" that is really just an empty main function and load it into memory, from there you can program yourself in C and read books on osdev or also asking chatgpt for some tips is very effective I've found. Im just doing this to learn low level programming, Im not actually trying to create anything useful, good luck
