I'm sure you guys have this figured out by now: One man on the dock, holding both bow and stern lines. Back the truck down til there is no danger of the boat slipping off dry, then unhook the safety strap. Back further til the water is at the bumper and hit the brakes hard. She'll float off nice and easy. I don't know the dock layout, but the dockman can turn the boat around by rapidly pulling it through a pirouette, letting go of the stern as she comes 'round. She'll come right to the dock trailing the stern line for easy recovery. That's part of owning a small, handy boat.
