Michael Tolbert was living the dream. Working as an actor he had just wrapped his second feature film and had begun filming a documentary-vlog series traveling throughout the southeast. Then one evening in July, after a day spent location scouting, Michael got extremely sick and was rushed to the emergency room. At first the doctors thought he was simply dehydrated; however, after several rounds of testing he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
In order to cope with the trauma, he began documenting his journey in hopes of sharing with not only the ones he loves but also those who are unexpectedly diagnosed with a form of cancer. Especially at such a young age.
