Honestly as a CMS, this is a phenomenal insight into tilt-up construction... I've spent hours reading up on tilt-up and precast, and this 8 min video tied everything together so well. Thanks for putting this together!
Thank you for your video posting. It was amazingly fast how everyone had got the envelope together. Well, there's cooperative effort for you. Thank you again! IDEAS!!!!!
Man that's a beautiful job I used to work in Las Vegas Nevada for two different companies doing the same job you feel great being part of this kind of jobs
Then my team and I (Sanders & Worhman) come after these guys and seal up the floor before the tilt tops even go up. After, we caulk the tilt top joints and also do the MM80 WHAT A LIFE!! Oh and we also do the retaining wall waterproofing
The "stick" is a steel post that is bolted to the wall and to the floor as a temporary brace. After all of the wall panels are connected together and the roof beams are connected, the braces can be removed.
They are safe until the fall down and kill a bunch of workers. We have had a number of accidents when the techniques were being developed but it seem they are oretty safe nowadays. Pretty much EVERY new commercial building in Australia is a tilt up, and some homes as well. I think they are ugly.
Patrick Whelan They used to form and pour full height decades ago, think about how much more lumber was used besides many other factors making it antiquated and slower process. And it is not better than this process. A tilt up house does the builder give the owner a hammer drill so they can hang pictures and curtains, lol.

It’s cool I do this in Cali. Carpenters union local 213, the pay needs to go up tho like the high rise workers or freeway.
Learn something new everyday. Pretty cool. Always thought the wall panels were delivered.
Great editing, love the tilt-shift effect in some parts.
Idk what they get paid but I’m sure it’s still not enough they need 2xs whatever their current pay is.

Los paneles son de concreto celular ?
How much do the panels weigh? Whats the cranes capacity?
Nice 👍👍
Lord! Let's hope we never run out of the materials needed to make concrete.
I've seen enough. Who is ready to start a construction company? J/k
Super video
Pump up the jam pump it up!!
Can someone tell me what is the name of the lifting device which puts the walls vertically? I would like to buy one.
Crawler crane?
Wow! They work fast!
for a residential construction can we put exterior cladding like Marble or limestone during the panel making?
after
Is the floor completely finished before the walls go up or do you finalize the floor afterwards?
as common sense dictates. final finishing of all finishes is in the later stage.

factory slabs are so much better. why do this on site?
Factory process is pretty much similar. They save a lot on logistics - the supply chain is much shorter.

The music made me want to die but cool video
That's how we do it
How do the walls remain staying up, one side stick pushing up is good enough?

Why do they wash off panel?
A release agent is used during the pour so it doesn't stick to the slab and the other panels, this needs to be washed off.
Increible

why a tilt up wall rather than poured vertically? are they just as safe/ I see a lot in Florida and was always wondering.
