Bass Amp Demo - Ashdown Engineering MAG 300 2x10

Hey all, I picked this amp up a while ago and think it sounds really great. I cannot emphasize this enough I AM NOT A BASS PLAYER. What you'll hear in this video is me trying to give you a good sampling of the amp without playing anything impressive or intelligible.

People say that the volume of Ashdown is quite low for the wattage they announce.
Is that correct? Thanks in advance.

I think that is fair to say. I'm not a bassist and haven't owned many bass amps, it did seem very moderate for how many watts it is. But I also don't play a lot of solid state stuff and I know it takes a lot more solid state wattage to hit the same volume as a lower tube wattage.
I think this is a giggable volume, especially if you use the line out and go straight into a sound system.
