Thank you for the eye opener. I have always use my old faithful Lr5 for first edits, and advanced editing in Photo so never took must notice of Develop ---- bugga, more to learn LOL

I think the other personas are a bit overlooked in general. It's fun to try them out and see what you can do. Happy New Year!

Great video. One question though … After the adjustments are completed in the Develop Persona, and return to the main screen, how do I go back and edit the Develop Persona adjustments again? thanks,

Good question. If you are using a RAW file, you can change the output from Pixel Layer to RAW Layer (embedded or Linked). This allows you to make non-destructive changes that you can edit later. However, if you save as Pixel Layer or if the original is not a RAW file, then the changes are permanent.

i dont have an Overlays Tab,,, or at least i cant find it,,, even in the Windows Dropdown

Make sure you are in the Develop persona first and then go to Window in the menu. Overlays should be an option you can check to add it to your studio. If that doesn't work, let me know.

Love your videos but don't you take any of your own shots? Seems like every picture comes off the web. Just curious. Your tips for Affinity are amazing - not sure how you come up with all these ideas.

I've used a couple of my own but in general I use images from free sources that anyone can download and work along if they want. The truth is that I enjoy the editing part more that the photography part and a lot of those images from the web are more interesting than the ones I seem to be able to capture.
