The SNP defines itself by being pro-independence, so it also has a huge range of political views on all the other issues that affect people - to the point that they can't ever have any real policy positions on any them.
Above all they are a political party, currently united by a single issue but just another party. If Scotland were to become an independent nation the party machine would likley do something drastic to remain relevant. Like ditching PR for FPTP.

With those candidate there really isn't much more to say. Picking Yousef is literally picking the best of a bad bunch. All 3 are a forgettable vacuum in Scottish politics. Frankie's right Someone like Mhari Black, someone with some actual passion and personality is what's needed.

What I don't understand is how there was such a fuss over my local MP Mhairi Black taking a person in drag to talk at a school, but pantomimes are still much loved family events at schools and elsewhere. Why? I watched panto as a kid. My grandads neighbour and friend of over 50 years and his wife used to put on a panto for the children in my town (till he passed away). He was a chemist and a good man. He would dress up as the dame and make children laugh. "He's behind you" sort of stuff.

I don't know if its this show or frankie but it looks like they couldn't give less of a shit about the subject. Presenter just gave lukewarm opinions which either got no reaction or some tired low hanging fruit response from frankie with the other presenters providing absolutely nothing except filling out the numbers.
