T08-070 Valdez, Alaska

We went back to Valdez; we love it that much. We are still too early to see the fish hatcher in full action. I did catch four nice salmon which make my $100 for a non-resident fishing license not a complete loss. We did a day trip back up to Thompson Pass where we will also spend the night on our way out. It is always lovely to drive through the beautiful Keystone Canyon and see the many waterfalls. We also saw a young Black Bear and many Sea Lions at the hatchery.
