No, it's not forbidden. :)
If you mean "all out sponsors", those are not very common here, most cars do have some decals, but not the whole car dedicated to one.

If you search "Team Ramudden Rally" or "Team Nybe Rally" you can see examples of what cars might look like in the swedish championship. But it is pretty unusual in Sweden to have a big main sponsor on your car, especially in a smaller rally like this one.
