እናመሰግናለን ነገር ግን ' dry volume' ማለት ከደረቀ በኋላ ያለው ሳይሆን dry mix ስናደርግ የሚኖረን ውሀ ሳይገባበት ያለው concrete voume መጠን ሲሆን ውሀ ስንጨምርበት wet mix ይሆናል። wet mix ስናደርገው ቮሊውሙ በ 54% ይቀንሳል።thats why Dry volume= 1.54*wet volume።

I was planning for 2B + G+ 13 Buildings -around 430sqm) on a total area of land of 625sqm, but I could not estimate the average cost for the slab, basement, and shoring. Could also be helpful for others on budgeting who don't have much idea before they even start the design process.
