Iam not gonna tell who they go up against as it will be major spoilers. As for his power level manga community all agree he is top 10 still. Not sure where to rank him as of yet most people rank him anywhere between 6-9.

Sakura being a tsundere is a result of the ostracization he went through when he was young so I don't blame him for acting tough. It's his defense mechanism. He acts like a tsundere because he doesn't know how to respond to sincere acts of kindness.
This is coming from someone who just started reading the manga and I love how well-written the characters are.
@@_tamashii_ me too! i rarely obsessed with characters from shounen manga, but i really like sakura from the start and even read the manga for the whole night. he's become my comfort character now lol
i also really like how nii Satoru tackles social issues like depression, anxiety, even LGBTQ+ that rarely found in shounen manga. the story become more and more amazing after the prologue
