to get less waist when you start after loading is to put your vinyl less far (just a bit further where you know your printhead starts) and put a big enof scrap vinyl in front of it, untill i sticks out, so the sensor on the front thinks it's fully loaded. hope you understand my english
I have a question - it looks like you laminate all you work. Is that per customer request? Just asking because the Roland ink is good for 3-5 yrs without lamination.

Most of what I got listed is laminated. I am starting to work with stickers that don't use it. It is a lot of extra work.

I go thru signwarehouse.com. I like the prismjet products, Oraguard or Orafol are more expensive and I believe same result.
