For the transformation at 3:05, any one else finding it VERY difficult to turn the hip piece? One side turns fine. The other? I cannot budge it.

I was just thinking 'What an amazingly engineered transformer'... and you can't get all the seems closed in car mode. Is that you or is the toy not put together right?
