No it’s actually doing “business” Online marketing, drop shipping, copy writing, legit stuff. But it’s soooooo bad to do this as a 13-16 year old imo. Kids need to be kids, with other kids. If they don’t socialize, it’s likely they will never socialize.
We were in the path of totality of the eclipse. It was only a few minutes, and it was pretty cool. I got to experience it with my mom, and I never will get to again. That brief, unique, wholesome experience with my mom matters so much more than trying to make money for those few minutes.
I started a business when I was 15, I make a very comfortable amount of money now and still went to all the parties I could, I had a shit ton of stupid fun, it didn’t take that much time to sell my art, it was monetising a hobby I already had. These kids are trying to make massive corporate businesses from nothing, the best they could do is drop shipping, it’s a very unhealthy mindset of motivation.
Yeah a kid at my school makes crafts and has done like 200k$ in a few years, but everyone hates him. He’s the most materialistic person in the school. He can never just relax and constantly tries to push stuff on his friends’ parents to buy and his dad is a ch0de sucker and apparently taught him how to hustle. Sure, bros gonna be richer than me for maybe my entire life. But he’ll likely always be that kid no one really wants to be around.
If these kids are truly “grinding” to be millionaires by 20. Thats actually super sad that hustle culture has fried their developing brains to make them believe that they’ll be failures if they aren’t generating enough passive income to go to Dubai. Reminds me of the meme about millenials and zoomers being lazy for not buying a house at age 9
To be fair there were kids like this when I was young. The pyramid and other schemes were different but most of it was a front and they were just desperate to be mature. The kids who are actually grinding are doing 7 extra currics and aiming for A+s on all tests etc
You know even that could end up with you angry a few years later, when you realize that that was the only time of your life you could fumble with no consequences. But you are right, at least the outcome of that lifestyle is far better. Kids should just be kids
This is so weird! When I was their age, all I can remember the boys doing is play sports during recess, hang out with each other and go to the nearby hill to dig for “treasure” [which I happened to join them for and found a marble :) ] Seeing these actual Tater Tots is so… it’s genuinely sad. I hope they’ll be able to find happiness in something a BIT more productive soon
It almost feels like these kids are just playing pretend. Like they keep talking about things that sound business-y but it's clear they don't actually know what they're doing. Crazy that young kids believe you have to reach success in your 20's or you will die broke. Historically people reach they peak after their 30's. The owner of the company I work, a multimillion dollar company mind you, started it when he was 35. Before that he was just a miner and it took 17 years for the company to reach the size it is right now.
Facts. Majority of people earn the most between 40-50 year old. Your teens is to discover who you are. 20s to get good at something and improving at that. 30-50 is where you are hopefully an expert and that is where the real wealth comes from.
My partner is in his 40s, is one of about a dozen people in the entire world who works in his specific niche, and he's kind of a superstar among his colleagues, but he still hasn't really "made it." People in 100 or 200 years might be reading and referencing his work, but he will probably never reap the fruits of his labor in his lifetime. Meanwhile, over here, the only reason people will hear about guys like t8 and their "theories" is because they committed crimes against humanity. So maybe they are rich and "(in)famous" at a young age, but what does it even mean? Besides sweet F.A.
it's crazy to me that kids under 16 can even publically post videos of their likeness. when i was 12 my only "social media" was a private musically account and my mom was still worried about me being taken advantage of online. kids now are encouraged to share their every thought and action online and this is just one result of that. i dont think showing off your most vulnerable moments is safe for these children, though i hope they are well ♥️
5-10 years I see a bunch of lawsuits & therapy..mostly sueing their parents (especially if they were on a family vlog channel) & probably some against social media platforms.
All these kids are never gonna learn to live life. How is it so beneficial for a 14 year old to be fretting over what side hustle he’ll start when he should just be out at the community pool making memories and biking around?? No matter what, they’ll never get a childhood back and this narcissism will burn all their bridges one day.
For real. I did stupid shit in my teens and wasn't productive but got sick in my early twenties. The time I had as a teen I look back fondly. Would have hated it if I just grinded and am glad that I spend my time like I did in hindsight.
And worst of all some of these fools in they comments are saying "yea start em young keep grinding, don't be sheep" like fam do y'all hear what ur saying?

Okay as a weirdo kid who liked to organize as play, it seems to me like their “working” and “grinding” is a form of play for them. They just want to act like adults like any other kid ):
i liked to organize to play too, so i can get how this can feel fulfilling to kids. and i get how it’s combined with a desire to feel like an adult like many other kids feel, though i never really experienced that while growing up. but it’s also not a healthy form of either of those things, and going so far as to eschew relationships with peers and to think of other regular joys of childhood as a waste of time that could be spent earning money because they’re building an identity on wealth as self-worth is worrisome. it’s like xp waste mindset to a terminal degree lol. it’s sad to see them internalizing mindsets that are designed to make them isolated and success-minded so the manosphere can scoop them up and profit off of them. but also in general i just feel like kids are so exploited by these systems that be which try molding them into adults that just accept it, it sucks all around

Okay, 250 push-ups is 10 sets of 25. I probably couldn’t have done that at 16 years old. I can’t do it now, in my early 40’s. But I could do it when I was Gunnar’s age. And I don’t think it’s a stretch to believe that it’s possible for a 16-year-old. It just wasn’t possible for me, because my role model was Baloo the Bear.
I find it so funny how half of them are whispering bc their parents are probably at the next room lol also thos kids just need to be kids like u will not be rich u will just be burnout before u get 20

7:20 Kids like that end up in College and drink more than anybody. The ones who grew up partying sometimes know how to handle it, where he'll just be discovering it and not able to control himself.
Yeah teetotalers turned alcoholics. 6 people from my school were pure junior year, now they at college with me and are degens now. I never drank crazy but was around that stuff and I have no desire to get hammered let alone get hammered with people I don’t know at some random house.
"My friends are getting drunk" At your age, my cousins were given shandy and told it was beer, so they acted drunk thinking they were. So I could believe you *thought* your friends were getting drunk.
It’s going to be devastating when they realize that none of this will come true unless they already come from money and they wasted their childhood chasing a lie.

Real
The children, they yearn for Dubai. Much like how a migrating bird can find its way home, these children have an irresistible need to go to Dubai
all roads lead to dubai
They've no idea what actually goes on there.
I think they want to because Andrew Tate tried fleeing to there, also they don’t have extradition treaty’s
as someone who lived abu dhabi, dubai, and sharjah.. and currently is.. DO NOT GO TO DUBAI!! dubai is practically an attraction rather than a place to actually live 😭
True. True. Abu Dhabi is an actual place to live
Would you live in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah again?
@@SanctuaryADO I currently in abu dhabi right now and it’s so much better cause the traffic is insane especially in sharjah it’s so crowded
The UAE might as well have 6 provinces then.
I live in Abu Dhabi rn. It’s the complete opposite of Dubai, I love it here
What even is "grinding" for these children? Doing their homework?
No it’s actually doing “business”
Online marketing, drop shipping, copy writing, legit stuff.

@@Mich-jk2zehow did he make his money
If these kids are truly “grinding” to be millionaires by 20. Thats actually super sad that hustle culture has fried their developing brains to make them believe that they’ll be failures if they aren’t generating enough passive income to go to Dubai. Reminds me of the meme about millenials and zoomers being lazy for not buying a house at age 9
Man if only i bought real estate in 2008 instead of being 5 years old
I wonder what's going to happen when they inevitably fail?
@@manporo5865they'll move to the next stage of the alt right playbook and blame minorities for all their problems
If only I bought a house in 2005 rather than being in my father's balls
To be fair there were kids like this when I was young. The pyramid and other schemes were different but most of it was a front and they were just desperate to be mature.
The kids who are actually grinding are doing 7 extra currics and aiming for A+s on all tests etc
You know even that could end up with you angry a few years later, when you realize that that was the only time of your life you could fumble with no consequences. But you are right, at least the outcome of that lifestyle is far better. Kids should just be kids
This is so weird! When I was their age, all I can remember the boys doing is play sports during recess, hang out with each other and go to the nearby hill to dig for “treasure” [which I happened to join them for and found a marble :) ]
Seeing these actual Tater Tots is so… it’s genuinely sad. I hope they’ll be able to find happiness in something a BIT more productive soon

I think it’s due to the only people popular online flaunting their wealth are the lucky few influencers who hit peak fame in their early 20s/30s.
Facts. Majority of people earn the most between 40-50 year old. Your teens is to discover who you are. 20s to get good at something and improving at that. 30-50 is where you are hopefully an expert and that is where the real wealth comes from.
My partner is in his 40s, is one of about a dozen people in the entire world who works in his specific niche, and he's kind of a superstar among his colleagues, but he still hasn't really "made it."
People in 100 or 200 years might be reading and referencing his work, but he will probably never reap the fruits of his labor in his lifetime.
Meanwhile, over here, the only reason people will hear about guys like t8 and their "theories" is because they committed crimes against humanity.
So maybe they are rich and "(in)famous" at a young age, but what does it even mean? Besides sweet F.A.
We live in a society that deeplyvalyes instant gratification
God these poor kids' teachers.
I’ve got a brother who’s a teacher. He says it’s not as bad these days, but the kids who DO believe in it go HARD
it's crazy to me that kids under 16 can even publically post videos of their likeness. when i was 12 my only "social media" was a private musically account and my mom was still worried about me being taken advantage of online. kids now are encouraged to share their every thought and action online and this is just one result of that. i dont think showing off your most vulnerable moments is safe for these children, though i hope they are well ♥️
5-10 years I see a bunch of lawsuits & therapy..mostly sueing their parents (especially if they were on a family vlog channel) & probably some against social media platforms.
Gunner saying “I love kids grinding” with his whole chest cracked me up.
We were only on this world once enjoy life be young once , enjoy memories
Also those videos are online forever and when they get older they will not like how they looked and behaved on camera

Okay as a weirdo kid who liked to organize as play, it seems to me like their “working” and “grinding” is a form of play for them. They just want to act like adults like any other kid ):
No, I think it’s deeper than that. They have a dedication to it and to cut out friends and peers from their own community.
i liked to organize to play too, so i can get how this can feel fulfilling to kids. and i get how it’s combined with a desire to feel like an adult like many other kids feel, though i never really experienced that while growing up. but it’s also not a healthy form of either of those things, and going so far as to eschew relationships with peers and to think of other regular joys of childhood as a waste of time that could be spent earning money because they’re building an identity on wealth as self-worth is worrisome. it’s like xp waste mindset to a terminal degree lol. it’s sad to see them internalizing mindsets that are designed to make them isolated and success-minded so the manosphere can scoop them up and profit off of them. but also in general i just feel like kids are so exploited by these systems that be which try molding them into adults that just accept it, it sucks all around
