In relation to Chanty, she's going to be in for some recovery. I've had chronic fatigue syndrome for years, and I still relapse from time to time despite monitoring. I'm really glad she's not in a spot where she can't ger out bed and she's getting the help she needs

@koya326 In my case in particular, and in many cases in the US, at least, there's typically a food allergy that goes with it. I ended up with a pork one, for example. Once that's figured out, it's really a lot of small lifestyle changes in terms of diet and activity. It's a case where you have to stay active despite the want to not, and listening to what the body needs

Dude, Karina and Jaewook weren't even really a "couple" they were clearly just casually dating, but conservative Korea *onscreen* ofc (because there are such wild stories about how the country *really* is). The Karina quote about Transit Love makes a lot of sense (she wants to be in a position like that, dating around), she's quite probably testing the waters here and there, don't forget how youth actually is.

don't think so, the general public of korea and beyond probably doesn't care as much. i mean when these dating news come out it's really only talked about for a day or two if most people are supportive
my personal theory is that companies probably stopped paying to cover up dating news at this point. i mean, even a hybe scandal happened with kazuha and everyone says hybe has money to pay for silence so it was a shocker to me. i'm not 100% sure though but half of the dating news thus far has been reported by sway and that's def a shady source. maybe it's happened in hopes that people will start being more normal about it (as they should... it's 2024 and theyre grown adults)

Dating in K-industry is straight up PR and for publicity. SO this is my theory:
✨Jisoo and Anh bo hyeon's dating rumors came out when rumors of lisa leaving the group and issues about contract signing occurred, at the same time Bohyeon's kdrama 'flex x cop' was going to release. Its funny that their dating news came out when jisoo was on world tour and they broke up after jisoo came back from tour, by that time blackpink had signed their contracts.
✨Karina and lee jae wook dating news came out when Lee jae wook's kdrama 'the impossible heir' was airing and almost few weeks ago Aespa had their comeback for 'Drama'. Lee jae wook's kdrama ended few weeks ago and now they've eneded the relationship. Funny how they blame fans for making them break up lol.
✨Zion.T and chaeyoung, i'm honestly not sure about them but Zion.T did have comeback 3 months ago but that's too long ago. could be far fetched
✨About hyeri, ryu jun yeol and han so hee, now that's true tea. There's some real bad blood involved and its crazy.

I want my idols to date, get married and have happy families but i will not stay silent if we are getting blamed for making idols break up when it is the company's sick scheme. Y'all are too innocent and the companies know that and they use you. I'm not blaming idols for it coz at the end of the day they have signed a contract but its the company who needs to be called out.

Any debut song from one of the huge machine labels is almost guaranteed a show win or sales record because of how the global spread of kpop continues to get closer to the inevitable crest and fall. Not that they aren't talented, but too bad if you debuted in 2006 I guess. Your sales will never add up to a 5th gen group no matter how relatively more your sales or wins would likely have counted if released today. Breaking records and accumulating wins just isn't the measure of much, except that you have a high likelihood that you are the sibling group of already popular label mate. I look forward to the day that I don't have to hear about a new "record" every episode. It's a case where numbers, in effect, deceive.

Everytime the "record breaking moments" are mentionned I just skip, it doesn't mean anything anymore.
At least here it was about a debut, but when it's "This group's comeback has charted 27 in the top 100 and is the 4th group to do so for 2 comeback consecutively" it's getting a bit ridiculous
people _still_ manage to underestimate the effects of association. do they realize just how _badly_ a well-known kpop company would have to fumble a new group for their numbers to match that of a new group from a "nugu" company? SM could probably link a random trainees SoundCloud on a twitter post for $0 and for the moment, it would have more "popularity" than _lots_ of other kpop artists could ever hope to achieve/regain.
the numbers already stopped meaning much when stream farming became popular, and it means even less when every other record-breaker is brand new.
side note: yes, the popular groups probably deserve their popularity because of their hard work or talent or whatever. but they don't deserve it any _more_ than countless other artists you may have never heard of. the popularity/success any artist "deserves" isn't a competition. even direct rankings made by a team of carefully chosen experts could only _hope_ to have a meaningful sliver of accuracy.

What. How is hybe a mess. You do know that hybe is a multilabel corporation. All labels under hybe work independently. Hybe only responsibility for supplying resources ,financial backing and music distribution. All labels are responsible for their own artists mangerment, promots, scheduling, creative and music production.

I've seen so much support for Lucas so I'm not sure why people keep saying he only has "some support".
I've only seen a small group of people crying about it. Although I don't waste my time on cancerous apps like tiktok or twitter so idk how people are reacting over there.
I can see maybe why some people might think having a diss track as a debut song is "cringe" or "inappropriate", but I think it was pretty warranted in this case and it was done pretty well (and it answered some questions I had) plus I honestly think it's a good song.
All three songs he released are actually really freaking good 👍 he's improved so much and actually gets to show his talent as a solo artist.
I'm gonna do what I can to support him and I hope he gets to shine brighter now that he doesn't have to fight for lines ❤️🔥

I just want to borrow this comment section and hope that my comment gets noticed, because there is a situation you all need to be aware. And that is, mainland Chinese fans think that we international fans are irrelevant. They think that the Chinese and Korean fanbase are much more relevant, and that is why they think their insane criticism and demands towards idols are justified. When I confronted them with the fact that some idols chose to end their lives because of the insane pressure they are giving them, they said that this is an occupational hazard. Humanity is gone at this point for this fanbase. I believe in the power of the international fanbase, I consider us as one base, because most of us support each other even if we follow different groups. And hope that those who speak Chinese and have the social media Xiao Hong Shu, spread the message that we international fans exists, and we are as a fanbase so much bigger then they thought. Also make them aware of what we think about their crazy delusions. Otherwise, they will never stop making crazy demands and body-shame the idols we love.

Okay, so, with all the dating rumours that stirred up recently, including Aespa Karina and Lee Jae Wook, as well as LE SSERAFIM Kazuha and &TEAM K, and TWICE Chaeyoung and Zion.T, I'd like to pretend that this is some sort of test for delusional fans to stop being delusional, as in, one of those traps that you'd see in a certain horror franchise, where the victims of the traps have to go through some form of pain to be "rehabilitated".
I'd like to imagine the influx of dating rumours as some way to tell delusional fans to just "suck it up," forcing these fans to go through some form of psychological discomfort of seeing their biases dating to stop being delulu (rehabilitation). Bigiht really being sloppy with promoting BTS activities which says a lot about how bad the management/media team has been lately. Just cause they are in the military doesn't mean they should be lazy in double checking things before posting correct links. Like, I get a mistake or two but they repeatedly are doing the same mistake over and over again such as Taehyung listening party being postponed about 2hrs or more and correct links not being sent properly then they do the same with J-hope and overall just not being on top of their solo promotions. Causing a division amongst fans when they could equally do so much for each member. It's just insane to me that they are repeatedly making mistakes on their biggest boy group ever like how can you afford to not deliver things properly. Do better Hybe/Bighit cause at this rate you are just self sabotaging by making many fans mad on not doing right with any group under the label.
