That dragon claw (and all other double tube Korean big bores) are really easy to tune for power. The platforms of these rifles are able to shoot heavy, heavy slugs at high velocities. Less shots per fill but way more power. Makes sense for hunters i think. Replace the sliding breech thingy after a tune, it migth fragment from, it had happened before. Replacing the bolt handle for a sturdier 1 is also recommended, they fail even in stock Sam Yangs.
I have an idea for a similar experiment but with a different medium. I have shot threw three Dinty More cans of stew (big cans) laid end on end with less power and and it plowed through all of it.
There's a thing in the airgun world called dieseling. It's what you think. Add a little bit of oil, and the compression sets it off. I haven't seen it done in a big bore. Manufacturers do not recommend it. Deuce and Guns has a video
We're allowed to use airguns here British Columbia Canada now but they have to be .35 caliber or larger. We're allowed to hunt Black bear, deer, mountain goat, mountain sheep,Bobcat,Lynx, cougar, coyote, wolf and wolverine. But even though Cape Buffalo have been taken with a .50 cal air gun we're not allowed to hunt Bison,Caribou, Elk or Moose with one.
Not sure if I just can’t find it but did you ever do a greentip vs clay? I’ve tried to find it a few times never could. This video reminded me of it lol. Very solid air gun. I remember as a kid everyone saying oh yeah well mine could do this, mine could do that, some kid got his brothers co2 air gun and said he could put a hole in a stop sign, we never debated who had the best air rifle again lol
@@WHOTEEWHO ah ok, A lot of stories you hear is that it just pencil through objects but I have a feeling for whatever reason it would do some damage to some clay I want to build my own jail block and go out to some woods and test it myself I would buy some clay but I remember from your videos it gets quite expensive lol
Luis & Clark would approve ... maybe, If I remember correctly they used air guns to survive and hunt when black powder could get scarce or wet
It goes to show that air rifles can be powerful tools for hunting and recreational shooting. This video is epic!
That would definitely leave a mark 😮
Heavy Metal! 🤟🏼🇺🇸❤️
That is nice combination Rifle and Arrow slinger. Thanks for the info and video.

Thank you for sharing another great video 👍
Thanks for watching!!!
Awesome video!!! Is it legal to use this with air bolts for big game in ohio?
Not sure about ohio
Pretty awesome. Didn't think it would do that much damage inside of the watermelon.

Definitely not your dad's old pellet gun. That Dragon Claw is in a whole different league.
Im excited to be here when you reach a million subs. I know you will
🙏🙏🙏 I'm sure trying
It's not pushing that slug fast enough to expand.
I wonder what would be the results if you patched a round ball like for a black powder rifle?

Ok, I’m sold. I think I need one and four dozen bolts. 😎👍🏼
Hey I was wondering do you hunt deer with yours and have you taken a deer with yours? Can you bow hunt with your dragon claw in your state?
I have not taken a deer yet, just turkeys so far. In most states, mine included, you can only use an airgun with arrows during guns season
Speaking about "Dragons", have you ever videoed "Dragon fire" 12 guage shells ?? Or other special 12 guage shells ??
Many times
Is it possible to shoot Hornady 50 caliber lead round balls for muzzle loading 490” inch
I dunno
Hey you can use the bolts in NY.
Highly doubt it, but worth checking. Most of the northern states are sticks in the mud when it comes to airguns

Realy good performance. Still not totally legal in Pennsylvania. Only .177 and 22cal is legal for vermint in small game as of know.
I had this one before. It was so powerful my country consider it a firearms. Hunted small hog with it.
Nice! Not really a pellet gun once you get to .50!😮❤
💪💪
I will stick to powder, thank you.
Two for one. Excellent job 👏 👍 🙏😎
