I think he trivialises the guys emotions and then speaks with authority on his conjecture. He is assuming that she is good in the sack and that is the only reason the guy likes her which is clearly wrong, he then assumes that when he masturbates he will stop loving and missing her, again very narrow minded and weird to say because it is clearly deeper than that. This is not really good advice, sad!
LMAO this guy is officially me from the future. "When you think about calling her rub one out" I've been using this tactic and telling people to for years. Works (almost) every time!
That was my immediate thought hearing the situation. She prolly been knew she was going to break it off. Perfect situation for her, cheat, break up and make some money while you’re at it
Hey Billy boy, thank you for the podcast this one really reminds me of something I went through keep it up brother.. I hope to meet you one day maybe do a show in La soon?
not bad advice overall, but the thing about coming from broken families/not speaking to parents, etc... that type of stuff isn't always necessarily by choice, and sometimes there's a damn good reason for it. I mean, here he is talking about how people should end unstable, unhealthy relationships all the time... well what if your relationship with your parents and family is one of those? Sometimes family members are just assholes like anybody else, and speaking to people who drive you crazy/treat you like shit/don't understand you whatsoever and are constantly giving you shit for it doesn't do any good for anybody. I wouldn't hold that kinda thing against somebody. It doesn't mean they're broken. And far too often, people let what their stupid family wants get in the way of what they want or need, and they start butting into every fuckin relationship and end up ruining it. THAT's not healthy, and think of all the stupid boring pointless shitty family functions you never have to worry about dealing with again. I think someone who tries to remain close to his/her family if they're that kind of family is a hell of a lot more unhealthy than being realistic and understanding there's no point in pursuing anything any further with them. And what about people whose family literally abandoned them as children and they don't even know who the fuck their parents are? It might not necessarily be your job to fix them, but we all have our problems and issues. Nobody's perfect, and if you want people to put up with your stupid shit you gotta take some of theirs too. I wish I could talk to my family, but all they do is talk down to me and make me feel like a piece of shit all the time. And let's say that the things they're saying are right... even so, how does constantly making me feel worthless do anything to solve it? I wish I could have a relationship with my family, but there's no way to maintain a healthy one, so why bother? I'm not gonna bend to their stupid fucking will and just do whatever they think I should do. I'm gonna be me. And they're never gonna stop treating me that way, so I'm better off just not dealing with them at all. The simple fact that I share genes with these assholes is no reason to keep torturing myself with their presence in my life. Sometimes people like that make better partners anyway because they understand what it feels like to deal with that kinda shit... to feel totally worthless, and because of that, they try the hardest to make sure that if they can help it nobody else feels like that ever again.
im kinda in the same bout my family is terrible af and when they're miserable they like to make everyone they know miserable like sister does to thus family all the with her bs
i hate people who sit around trying to give others advice. it pisses me off. i always just want to punch them in the face. but these podcasts by bill i like. he doesn't speak in a self-serving, boasting type of way like "look how cool i am, be like me and all your problems will be solved". he is just straight up. well done bill, i like what you're doing here. subbed and liked.
6:00 That's not entirely fair. While the marital status of a partner's parents or how they relate to their parents can be an indicator of trouble, it doesn't mean there is trouble. I know many people who have had rough upbringings and who have worked hard on themselves to be a more functional person and more emotionally intelligent. Nobody should run for the hills if their SO has divorced parents or doesn't speak to one or both. Stick around and see if your SO has actually grown up and matured despite this history. Err on the side of caution, but don't write off someone because of their parents.
He’s right though you admit to some of the truth. Ain’t not girl gonna admit to fucking 12 guys in a month when we know a lot o females easily can and in fact do so
Dez Bryant, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, and Chad Johnson always get blamed for their teams lack of success because of their "baggage" but the fact is the teams they were on we're better for them being on the team
Stay away from that, but if it makes you feel better you can sue her for the ring because she probably pawned it. Legally she owes it back to you. Holy crap what a story. I'm sorry to hear it, you sound like a stand up guy.
Des Bryant, Randy Moss, Chad Johnson, and Terrell Owens were/are always blamed for their teams lack of success because of their "baggage" but the fact is that the teams were better for those players being on the team.
Everyone is the hero in their own movie. This poor sap, while getting screwed over by this woman multiple times was getting talked about badly and laughed at by her and her girlfriends.
you ask someone your interested in going out with "are your parents still together", what? And to 'fucking walk' if they have anger issues with their parents? Perhaps there is a reason other than a person is disfuctional and should be avoided if they have that sort of thing in their family. What horse shit advice, and first time I've ever thought that about Bill.
Dude this shit happened to me with a cheating girlfriend and months later I wasnt sure if I still had feelings for her or not. Bill's advice of rubbing one out does fucking wonders and can save you in so many ways lol. I thought about her at night, then rubbed one out and seconds after I was done, I never wanted to see her. Made me realize I've been thinkin about this girl with the wrong head for so long. Dumped her right after and never felt regret.
Just kidding, bro. I believe what he means is: women subconsciously conduct their own relationships based on the model they had at home. If their parents had problems it's almost certain that she won't know how to act if these problems appear in her own relationship. Of course, this does not apply to all cases, but it's a general rule. I can say that because I lived that. It's completely true.
AJCrowley0153 Not all the time but if you never saw how things actually work in a relationship it's just a bit harder to do it. I'm sure some can figure it out for themselves. Everybody has a shot at a good relationship or two.
* Cold turkey. It means to quit something in one go. For example, to quit smoking 'cold turkey' is to quit not by tapering off, but to just go from smoking a pack one day to 0 cigarettes the next.
When in doubt, rub one out.
Deathscythe21, 😜
Its the champagne of victory
This
😄
I love how all of Bill's advice involves rubbing one out and comparing everything to the NFL draft.
Most guys are in a open relationship and they dont even know it
I can spot his "rub one out" advice coming a minute before it happens!
I'm starting to sense that too. "Rub one out" sense starts tingling and bam there it is!
That's what she said!!💁
Not only is BB one funny cat but is spot on with advice.
I think he trivialises the guys emotions and then speaks with authority on his conjecture. My uncle told me you don't find a woman at a party or a bar. You find them at a library. Metaphor of course but forreal.
LMAO this guy is officially me from the future.
"When you think about calling her rub one out"
I've been using this tactic and telling people to for years. Works (almost) every time!
Go 'Deniro' ....... just walk away when you feel the heat around the corner.
She sold that ring, just realize that
That was my immediate thought hearing the situation. She prolly been knew she was going to break it off. Perfect situation for her, cheat, break up and make some money while you’re at it
last 10 seconds.....most honest advice ever.
Don Hoge Jr ya just saying that to get people to listen to the end theeeeerrre
Lost the ring after taking it off before going into the party, I guess.
That or she sold it knowing she was gonna break it off with him
@@Awkward_Inc3l Even better so she sold it at a pawn store for coke knowing she could get away with it with this sap poor guy.
Who would have thought that Burr is as good at giving solid, sound advice as he is at being funny. Go figure. In this case he does both.
Thanks Bill,
As always your advice is SPOT ON. Do I ever wish this was available 25 years ago. But hey, it's sure going to help me thru middle aged!
"Thank you... You're welcome!... Come to find out she B- OH HOOOO!" Made me laugh so hard LOL
Hey Billy boy, thank you for the podcast this one really reminds me of something I went through keep it up brother.. I hope to meet you one day maybe do a show in La soon?

He sounds like a father giving frank advice to his kids. No grandstanding, just the raw truth. And really funny too.

Long story short, ur the fall back guy

Women outnumber men something like 3 to 1 so stop acting like you need them

Drop it like it's hot
Hold on, Bill... did you just tell everyone to avoid people with divorced parents like the plague? We don't deserve happiness in your opinion?
No, you don't.
Just kidding, bro.

* Cold turkey. It means to quit something in one go. For example, to quit smoking 'cold turkey' is to quit not by tapering off, but to just go from smoking a pack one day to 0 cigarettes the next.
This guy is so self aware it's ridiculous. He's content to be a jerk. Goodfellas.
