John Henderson In skyrim maybe, anyone can make enchanted items with two or more enchantments in Morrowind, so it's more so just for balance in the game, not lore reaaons, that only an experienced enchanter dragonborn can have two enchantments.
I guess I shouldn't just be going off of what is written in the games. My assumption was always that the dual enchantment items were always a single enchantment with multiple effects. Like how Chillrend is so cold that it freezes the targets muscles on top of doing frost damage. Edit: Also, I swear seeing a loading screen about how you can only put one enchantment on an item. Bethesda's gameplay doesn't always sync up with the lore (i.e Jet in a vault). Another Edit: I FOUND IT, IN ONE OF THE BOOKS. "Twin Secrets" The Rule of Firsts. (It is well known that enchanting is limited where it once was not. The best enchanters of this age can imbue almost any spells into the metal and leather of armor and weapons. However, once enchanted, such an item will not enchant again. It is called the Law of Firsts. The first enchantment is the only one that takes). But it does also say that you can imbue two enchantments with both of your hands. Ok, I understand it now. Sorry for misinterpreting one of the lines.
Just to let you know why the chaos enchantment is so OP is because if you put it on a stalhrim weapon it doubles the elemental damage of ALL elements. Also your fire, frost, and shock damage perks in the Destruction tree increase elemental damage enchantments, chaos included. On my character, my stalhrim sword does roughly 500ish damage and roughly 250ish elemental damage from the chaos enchantment.
Jon you couldn't finish that black book because it is supposed to be the last one of the game. At the end of that book you fight Mirrak but you don't have the power to reach him yet, hence why there was no ending to it at the shout wall.

@Jon - just found out about a mod called "bells of skyrim" or something to that effect. it adds an alarm bell to every city in skyrim, to be rung in case of vampire attacks, or if u r using 'open cities' like u are - also dragon and bandit attacks. causes guards and fighters to draw weapons upon hearing the bell, and also causes civilian npc to run for it! thought u might like to hear about it.
I bought some Belgian Buns at Grteggs earlier. Been saving them for this video. Felt appropriate somehow. Also got Skittles. Those feel less appropriate. Still gonna eat them.
Also I haven't looked but I'd bet he's probably over the armor cap already. I got over the armor cap wearing a set of upgraded light elven. It's not that hard.
I think I had maxed out armor perks and did an alchemy/enchanting loop about 4 times for really good armor smithing potions and enchanted gear? I can't remember I've not played in 6-8 months. And I checked he's no-where near the armor cap (215 according to the interface with his current gear on when looking at the helmet).
there is a theory that rieklins are actually goblins from the the Oblivion world that have moved up to solstheim due to human expansion and adapted to the world.
I modded the legendary equipment to make it sronger as I didn't like how weak it was in comparison to self enchanted stuff still amazed enchanting never got nerfed in a patch
Get stahlrim sword, max out enchanting, blakesmithimg, make ultimate blade with over two hundred elemental damage. To clarify, you usenthe choas enchantment
+Many A True Nerd Hey Jon, why don’t you increase the difficulty from Master to Legendary because you’re killing everything to easily without really having to do anything and it’s starting to make the gameplay boring to watch because there’s no difficulty in anything you do. For example do you remember when you fought Alduin and Harkon and how easily you slaughtered them? And the lurkers who are supposed to be though are killed by you really easily, so I think that you should try Legendary for at least an episode for a test of how it will be because I always play on Legendary and it’s only really difficult in the beginning but later in the game at about the point you’re at it it just makes it more fun and interesting and you have to plan ahead a little bit more similar to survival mode in fo4, just without the hunger, thirst and sleep deprivation.
You should see the weird jellyfish monster netch things, you can find them on the edges of solstheim!! If you kill them you get netch jelly which you need to gather for someone!! :)
what about the waterwalking boots? i mean, I know the fav list is ridiculous right now but would those help with the black goo? also, do the UI mods for skyrim work on XBox? There are some really good ones that allow you to have different tabs for your favorites, organizing them by clothes, weapons, magic, etc. way nicer than the original UI, can't remember what it's called though....SkyUI? Something.....
lol, I liked them, having the main categories horizontal allowed more space vertically to read all the stuff you have, plus whatever odd stats they had posted alongside. found it much easier to switch between stuff especially on the favorites menu. could easily switch between armor, clothes, rings, etc, or at least, easier than scrolling through just one long list. having the favorites list split into different categories was really helpful
You probably have already been told on the last video, but in the Meadhall situation, you could choose to side with the Rieklings if you get in there before talking to that Unworthy chick.
Get deathbrand armor you can get the quest by going into the main building in raven rock downstairs to the right you’ll find a book called deathbrand read it and you will get the quest

On the other hand, it is magic physical law that you can't put more than one enchantment on an item. The dragon born can.
Yea I'm pretty sure the dragonborn isn't nearly as experienced at anything as Neloth as he is several hundred or even more than a thousand years old.

Rieklings= goblins. Orcs = Elves. Goblins = orcs? It's less confirmed in the Elder Scrolls than in Tolkien.

BTW the Deathbrand armor is the best light armor in the game.
Maybe, but the enchantments are pretty bad - slightly worse armor but with better double-enchantments would be better overall by far.
I suppose, I haven't really done enough in enchanting before to get to level 100.

Oh Jon... You didn't have to drop the chaos sword. You had three pieces of that new armor which would have raised your carry capacity by 30.
