me too. That back panel is really on there and I was afraid of breaking it. Watched the video and realized I could put a little more pressure on it and it popped open.

VERY helpful sir!
However, in order to take the cylinder out there is also one screw at the very bottom of the cylinder above the motor. I don't take that one all the way out. I just loosen it enough to remove the fan.

just saying you might have to put all your power into the middle of the third one is off but you can't get the other side off. Just find a 1 inch flat top I think small works the best and then make a hole that a 1.4 inch one can fit. Then just push it very hard and its off.
