I could listen to this type a music forever, its not just being nostalgic, the vibe is on point and the emotions you feel when u listen is just calming
Nearly 20 years later I still love this song!! Its so soulful, passionate and chilled. Both Tamia and Fabulous are mad underrated they both deserve more props for the music they have given us over the years.
It's crazy how time flies.. One minute you were a kid jamming to this piece in the afternoons, at your happiest. Now, you play it to just relive those sweet moments knowing very well that nostalgia will pummel you into despair and longing. Ahh man growing up, lol we wanted to grow up so bad - now look at us. Keep strong and keep going... God Bless... 2021...
I didnt realize this song was over a decade and half years. I knew it was old, but l didn't know it was that old. Damn, the years are passing right on by.
Such a great record! Big props to Tamia for making her classic, "So Into You" even more memorable with this video and how amazing she looked and sounded!!
Man this takes me back to a world that was happpy, chill and just full of love. My wife found me, she would sing this song to me, life was really good, the world wasn't crazy and there was hope for a bright future... Rest in peace babe, I promise I will visit and bring flowers really soon
@isabellabeniako6618 we're still around, just silent, damaged and doing our best to put all the shards back together again. Usually we end up working in the wilderness and surrounding ourselves with wild animals, unfortunately most of us don't make it after losing hope so many times. Those men usually end up signing their lives away secretly hoping to catch a bullet so that it gives them the peace and love that their heart's crave. "It's better to have loved and lost than never to love at all". I don't know who first said that but I really understand the wisdom behind those words now. Have faith, you will find your knight in broken armour, just make sure that he still has the will to repair his armour and the determination to keep fighting and protecting no matter what.
So amazing who songs like these can get everyone reminiscing the days when life was great. Thinking back on so many memories…*sigh* I truly miss these times.
This song reminds me of my deceased cousin and all the great times we had together throughout the 2000's. Se schooled me about world politics, hip-hop, women and how dress. May her soul rest in peace. Spesihle Hlulani you will always be remembered❤😣💔.
You don’t even hear rap songs like THIS anymore today. This is literally Feel Good rap. Meaning rap that talks about going out to have fun somewhere, going to eat good food, shopping, living at nice places, just simply enjoying anything in LIFE with your girl and the little things. Not the average rap that you hear with so much cussing, always about sex, how you’re gonna do this on her or that, drugs, shooting, and other vulgar stuff.
The problem I think is this era doesn't have good crossover rappers. I was just talking a bout this the other day. Fab just came out with that song 1thing, where hes getting ready for a date with Amerie. I realize not too many rappers can make a song like that. The 90s and 2000s had plenty of gritty gangsta shit like the lox and those guys, no love songs . But think about a guy like fab or even jay, they could make some real classic songs for the ladies or date night or riding in the whip with your girl. What rapper now could have some really good Rnb on the hook and talk about getting ready for a date?? Maybe Drake I guess but his vibe isn't right, he's not soulful enough. Ross could but he's not new. A guy like Fab could bridge that gap because he was making aggressive stuff with dj clue and them but then he was dropping hits like this !!
Agree. Lil Durk's track 'Broadway Girls' featuring Morgan Wallen is good for now, in 2022, yet still won't compare to this timeless classic. Listening to this after Players Holiday with Too Short.
I agree and it’s not that they’re bad generally they are but we just hear it all the time and it’s very repetitive which is the biggest problem at least in my opinion
This is an infinity hit!!! Still slaps in March 2024.

2021...

Well put, serious anxiety wishing you could feel the original feelings during those times. Anyone born late 80’s knows the timeline.

All woman, All class.

If anybody heading back to the early 2000's can I catch a ride? Just drop me off anywhere between 03'-05' and I'm good.
Feeling like Mase flow ... Fab killed it
Man this takes me back to a world that was happpy, chill and just full of love.
My wife found me, she would sing this song to me, life was really good, the world wasn't crazy and there was hope for a bright future...
Rest in peace babe, I promise I will visit and bring flowers really soon
Wow this is beautiful ❤❤❤
Beautiful post!
But... The world was crazy in 2003 though.... especially since 911 was fresh still in our minds. very crazy nothing has changed.
There are still women like that but unfortunately we aren’t finding men like that
So sorry for your loss 😢
Fabs voice is so silkky smooth!!
He took the Ma$e flow and did his own thing.

20 year's ago for me 😨😨🥺
I think we all should just admit that the late 90's and early 2000's was our peak as a species.
True
A classic,I teleport once in awhile through such music,Golden Oldies 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you.. this type of rap got discontinued in 2007
Yup you hear different rap songs now
Love this song. I was 17 when this came out and it takes me back to the summer after graduating from high school. Class of 2003.
