Don't know what you are on about. Evasion is not always 100% since S-craft and Arts are always guaranteed. That why Arts are a thing and always take time to cast since they always guaranteed a hit. And secondly, he is not even building evasion, he keeps taking damage. his quarts focus on defense as primary and his evasion is secondary. And you look closely, he is only using Oberon as primary which only gives you 25% magic evasion and Dunamis as secondary for heal. It is not even from normals quarts, just the master quarts. And how does stacking buff relate to getting hit? Buff DEF = preparing to get hit. And there is nothing to stack buff with evasion other than insight and he is not even using insight. So instead of buffing with defense or evade, he should put all on attack and 1 shot them? You should go ahead and try that

I Build my Rean around STR, EVA, ACC, MOV.. idon't use buffs anymore like chrono drive since the accessories that i equip on rean is the Passionate Rouge and the Evergreen plus all Items that has EVA stats
