been using this in the "AM" for a couple years, it is a perfect chunk of time; sit in my car at the parking lot before I head in to work, and meditate on what i want from my self/ improve on the day ahead.

Absolutely! As long as you're feeling good and calm from listening it's perfect for anything.
idk if you're still interesting in input, but I listen to sound baths while reading to help focus, and I put this on when I'm unwinding for bed or just need chill noise in the background.
Do you need headphones or can you listen without them?
