Bill Phillips OWNED that song. Put It Off Until Tomorrow. No one has ever done it better. I loved it back in 1966 when I heard it on Armed Forces Radio while I was in Vietnam. I didn't learn until years later that Dolly Parton had written that song. I still love it today.
