This is how it is with some appts here, in the states such as the cable company, repairs...they give a large window of time...can't plan anything because one has to be Johnny on the spot for that one appt. It is behind you now and it's a major cross off in my book. :) You're always so thoughtful and caring...you made sure the dishwasher smelled fresh. You show how loving you are in so many ways, Tracey.

Very stressful having repair people come when there is no time reference.
I have the same issue when I am waiting on someone! Haha! I frequent the window like a neurotic!!

We use a heating pad & icy hot gel on our back when it hurts. Tracy. Hope it isnt some thing bad with your back. Get well soon ❤

I'm not a doctor or in the medical nor am I dispensing medical advice...BIO FREEZE has done wonders for me, they have patches, creams, sprays and what not. I really think it is worth giving it a try. Maybe your dermatologist will say I think you'll be just fine with those products with your skin condition. This is on another playing field in my opinion from Icy Hot.
Are you wearing flip flops Trac? I find they really make my back hurt 😉
Tracy do you have Ben Gay or Salon Patches, that should help with the tightness. Hopefully you have some script pain pills. I have a bad back, I understand completely. Do you have a heating pad you can do for about 10 minutes at a time?

Tracey I love your videos but this one was a waste of my time. We saw you put them on a bus take them off and that’s about it. I hate complaining because I love you but this video was choppy and boring. Stop worrying about editing the content and be more concerned about not repeating yourself over and over. I’m sorry I complained, I still love you.
