GAGALNYA OPERASI KOPASSUS DI GUNUNG MERAPI || FAILED MISSIONS OF THE ELITE FORCES AT MOUNT

Gunung Merapi Erupsi besar pada 2010 dan memakan banyak korban. Tim elit TNI AD Kopassus terlibat dalam proses pencarian meski beberapa kali gagal.
Awan panas atau biasa disebut wedus gembel dari Gunung #Merapi datang tiba-tba membuat sebagian warga di lereng Gunung Merapi tidak sempat menyelamatkan diri. Rumah-rumah warga hancur rata tanah. Ternak mati dan pepohonan tumbang hangus terpakar awan Panas #Gunung Merapi.
Proses evakuasi korban Merapi pun tidak lah mudah. Awan panas yang juga membawa material Gunung Merapi menimbun pemukiman. Bahkan warga yang meninggal akibat awan panas Mount Merapi pun turut terkubur.
Kondisi ini menyulitkan proses pencarian dan evakuasi. Tim pencari korban yang terdiri TNI utamanya Kopassus bersama relawan berbagai elemen, beberapa melakukan penyisiran untuk menemukan korban Merapi. Hanya beberapa ternak yang bergelimpangan tak bernyawa yang terlihat di permukaan.
Namun timbunan material Gunung Merapi membuat Tim Pencari kesulitan. Bahkan dalam beberapa kali penyisiran, Tim Pencari dan Penyelamat gagal meneruskan operasi.
Tim terpaksa kembali ke barak dengan tangan hampa.
Video ini menggambarkan kondisi Dusun Ngancar desa Glagaharjo Sleman Yogyakarta yang rata tanah. Bangunan Hancur. Dan tentu saja gambaran kegagalan Tim Pencari dan Penyelamat yang Gagal dalam operasi pencarian.

This condition complicates the search and evacuation process. The elite TNI troops, Kopassus, together with volunteers from various elements, conducted a sweep to find the victims of Merapi. They found only lifeless strewn cattle.
The pile of Mount Merapi material made it difficult for the search and rescue team. Even in several sweeps, the Search and Rescue Team failed to find any victims. The operation failed because Mount Merapi erupted again.
The team returned to the barracks without bringing any victims.
