Hi Cheryl. I think you'll find a lot of their interaction is 'set-up', in a nice way. I don't for one minute think Thom is ever even slightly annoyed, angry or upset with Mel. It makes excellent entertainment for the channel!
Tom needs a 'Yes Mel' T-shirt designing, perhaps with a back print of 'You should be listing!'

I think you should have a monthly video😊 and call it "coffee break with Tom" maybe once a month just to discuss reselling and, what you guys do, different experiences, sharing tips, how he got started, what his ups and downs have been over so many years in the business... And yours to Mel. It would be great to do once a week but maybe start slow once a month and then sneak in more frequently. So happy to see you laugh and find joy. May your business double in the next year
Thom reminds me of my brother. Great sense of humor but comes across as grumpy if you don't know how to read him 😂. I often get the head shake with a slight grin when I annoy him. I'm glad your kids looked out for you and reminded mum of "stranger danger" so you didn't end up locked in a warehouse with some youtube fan stalker 😄 ( maybe I've just watched too much CSI or something). Thanks for the laughs.

Just started following your channel as I've been considering starting a reselling business. Been learning a lot from your videos, as well as Aussie Flipper, and loving the community, as I'm Australian as well, actually not too far from Aussie Flipper. I'm sure many have already said that what makes your channel unique is that apart from the advice and day in the life you provide, but the interaction with Thom and the Warehouse Boys; honestly it would make a heck of a television show, especially with your personality and energy. Awesome video like I have said before who has to explain their friends and business relationships God has his hand on the whole world. When I sell a video game etc I show it playing and other items I try to do 8-12 I flip through books to show graphics and conditions and boo boos are photoed. I love Toms Grumpy he’s more business guy slave to his Job lol busy and usually we see interruptions lmbo cha Ching love it….
