After 10 years, there is still the same feeling, a feeling that I never had on any other video games. Nathan, Victor and Elena are my favorite characters of all times, they mean a lot to me. I grew up with them and now, knowing that Uncharted series is over, I can't hold back my tears, I don't even know what to say. It's the kind of things you wish never ended, it is a part of you. Uncharted started out as a kickass adventure series, but by the end, it became the story of the maturation of two people and the resulting growth of the relationship between them (while remaining a kickass adventure series).
It’s funny, I was a highschool student when I played this game, I was 16 years old. It was one of the darkest points in my life, I had no freinds, I had no direction in life. But thanks to this game, I found myself again, just escaping into the world of Nathan Drakes obsessive pursuit of treasure, only to realize the ones he loves the most are what truly matter to him, that’s what made me realize that life was worth living. As I sit here and write this at 22 years old, about to graduate from undergrad, I am at the lowest moment of my life, it’s beautiful how after this game, I felt ontop of the world, living the next couple of years wifh a purpose, meeting new faces, gaining new experiences, but as I sit here and right this, I made a mistake that pushed away a women I loved more than anything. I find it beautiful that I find this game again after all these years. Thank you Nate, thank you for lifting me up when it seemed like no one else could, thank you for showing me what true love looks like with you and Elena, thank you for being my only friend back then, and right now, I will never forget the experience it was playing this game. Thank you. I need you more than I’ve ever needed you right now.

I listened to this song with headphones on in my bed at around 1AM, on a Saturday night and this song just...it took me back into that car that Nate drives through the jungles of New Devon with Elena. I pictured myself alone in that car, hearing the surroundings, and just reflecting on my own life. This song can take you anywhere, at any time, at any mood, and it’s one of the best songs in any Uncharted game for me.

Since the Tomb Raider Reboot is probably set in a similar timeline to Uncharted, I love to see Lara and Nate work together. Sure, they have different prospectives in archaeological finds, but they can work. And throw in a super jealous Elena. That'd be awesome!

Naughty Dog could’ve so easily milked this franchise down to the grave. Another treasure. Another adventure. Another postponement to retirement for our characters. But they knew they had something special at hand, something that touched millions around the world. They needed Nathan Drake to retire and they would make sure he went out on his best adventure yet. Thank you, Naughty Dog. For giving us characters like Nathan, Sully, and Elena. For giving us something that we will always reflect and smile upon as we go on with our lives. For giving us a beautifully crafted franchise that actually ended on the perfect high note. I look forward to my next replay and will always treasure the memories that Nate has given me.

The soundtrack to all the games was amazing, I normally listen to them when i am doing some writing because they are so intense and beautiful. This is one of my favorite from the fourth game. Though the games themselves were amazing, cutting edge and enjoyable to play. The last one really hit home though, considering that it was the last and tied things up pretty nicely. It would be nice if these games made it into the future of other consoles not only in this era but in the next. The fact is that this was one of the best series, in my opinion, that has ever come out. Thank you for the track.

Entire Uncharted story was so awesome I have never played it because I have never owned playstation 2, 3,4 or 5 , but god the game series are awesome and deep, especially 4 game because it signifies the end of our beloved Nathan Drake who is unfortunately getting old and tired of all these adventures it's a good way that developers ended series at this part, because there was nothing else to add when you develop a game series you need to know when to stop, and good thing that Naughty dog understood that, and so Nathan ended up with Elena in the end good for them. This game series was more than just a game, it was an entire movie and even emotional rollercoaster, maybe it is sad that the series ended, but at the same time I'm happy that series concluded at a happy note and there is nothing left to explore. Thank you Nathan Drake for one of the most important life lessons you could ever teach us, Sic parvis magna -greatness from small beginnings.
man, I remember accidently picking up drakes fortune. From a old game store, it was so retro. grabbing that game altered my life. I was hooked from the start. To see it all end. . happily, is bitter sweet. the only time ive seen a true happy ending.
Let me be honest with you, I adore this game, the story within and the soundtracks... But when I got to this level and listened to this composition, it was really unexpected! Full of emotions and exposition! Can't even explain it properly to be fair! The game surprised me even when I though there was nothing else to make it even more special! What an experience!
The scene in which Elena finds out the truth just broke my heart, it tore it asunder. I was speechless and I didn’t even realize I was crying rivers. The graphics was so good that I could really felt Elena’s disappointment, I was able to read all of her sadness in her eyes. I “told” Nathan “What are you on, Nate? Follow her, she’s your wife, you can’t just let her go”, and I thought I was screaming ‘cause I wanted to, but my voice was weak. All I can say is... Thank you, Naughty Dog. Sic Parvis Magna
I love this piece! Coming out of the old main elevator made the 4x4 car ride all the more breathtaking, along with driving along the road through the lush island jungle on the way to New Devon. A beautiful, thoughtful moment between Nate and Elena.

Well, I last heard this beautiful piece of music like 3 months ago. Today, I just randomly discovered it in my recommanded videos. I was like, sure let's listen to this again! So, I clicked. Man, maybe it's not my favourite one, but god, the feels... About the first second, I freaking had the creeps for like 1 minute. The feelings, when you hear an old, but beautiful music that you haven't heard ages ago can't be described... it's just simply breathtaking. I think not a lot of people will see this comment, but if yes, they definetely know this kind of feeling...

The composer Henry Jackman has his way of putting you in a reminiscing space in terms of how he makes his music. There are parts in Uncharted 4 were uses certain strings or instrumental loops that are tied to a character. He was also the composer for Captain America Winter Soldier, which also uses that similar tone & nostalgic leaning to music representing memories.

The level of story telling goes into games and compose such great tunes for a game shows how passionate and hardworking these people are. Am glad their hardwork is appreciated well by purchasing the games at the store or online. So far my fav music scores are from Horizan, metro last light, and ofcourse uncharted ❤

i didn’t get the chance to play uncharted games. but i’ve been watching other youtuber playing uncharted 1, uncharted 2, uncharted 3 and uncharted; a thief’s end. even though i didn’t get to play the games, but i can feel something through the journey of uncharted series. ive never fell in love with video games except uncharted series. and i watched the lost legacy too! yep still didn’t get to play the games but it’s okay. i have my own way to follow the series :) when im bored, i’ll keep on rewatching them like a movie. over and over again. idk it just i can feel something like real good with this game. it’s different, but in a good way. good job naughty dog✊🏻

This rendition is so beautiful! My partner has been a fan of the franchise for a LONG time and sucked me into it and I love it as well now. Thief's End is one of my favorite games of all time, and this is one of my favorite songs on the soundtrack! I love your version of it, so much so, that I plan on using it as my bridal march in my wedding, since Uncharted is so special to my partner and I :)
the island itself is real. it even has pirate graves, Though libertalia itself still remains a myth. it is actually believed Henry Avery spent all his treasure (though im not sure how. 180M $ was his believed networth). you'd struggle to spend that now, nevermind 300 years ago.
This song to me will always be the most beautiful piece of music I have ever heard. This scene is just perfect to me, and I actually made this part of my senior quote (class of 2021). I put "next stop, New Devon" and honestly, I can't wait for me to reread my quote in the future and think back to scene with a smile on my face and a tear going down my cheek. Uncharted 4 was my first PlayStation game and it's the only game I'll ever give a 10/10 to, whenever I play another game the highest it'll get is a 9/10 because to me...Uncharted 4 is perfect :)

I remember playing Uncharted, it was actually the first game that introduced me into shooting games. I replay the games till today because it is without a doubt a never ending action game. Though it ended, it didn't end in our hearts.
Uncharted is one of the most amazing game series ever made. The graphics aren't especially amazing. The gameplay is fun but not earth shattering. What makes it truly amazing is it sought to teach us lessons that will make our lives better.
I remember i heard about this game back in 2007, didnt care that much about the ps3 or the uncharted series. 3 years later i found myself with a ps3 with uncharted drakes fortune and modnation racers. I played modnation first cause it kinda felt like mario kart which it was. I kept askin myself if i should play drakes fortune, eventually i played it and my goodness the game was awesome. It had the subtly of god of wars cliff climbing to a 3rd person based shooter and puzzle solving to its finest. The story was great and was a total mystery. Then I found myself a copy of Uncharted 2, which was debatably the best of the series. Uncharted 3 was the masterpiece of the franchise with its gameplay and everything. Uncharted 4 was a goodbye gift to our favorite treasure hunting hero, It gave us one of the most heart felt endings in the entire franchise. It was everything we deserved.
I first started playing the Uncharted series in 2014, and my first game was Uncharted 2. I can still remember the exciting points in that game. The Lazaravich (I know I butchered the spelling) boss fight, the train wreck, everything. Then, I played Uncharted 3, and that was the best of all time. The Talbot fight was amazing, and the story was amazing. Then I played Uncharted 1, not the best but, y'know, it was the first game. And then I played 4 with the knowledge that the game series was over and Nate was done. I'm still brought to tears at the thought that we will never see Nathan Drake again in an Uncharted game. It feels wrong to keep playing. I beat Lost Legacy, and it was still a good game, but there is no Uncharted without Nate. All the characters, Nate, Elena, Sully, they were a part of me. I remember my dad handing me the case and saying "Here. I know you wanted it." I am still brought to tears this day. The sad music, the knowledge that I beat it all (excluding Golden Abyss, fuck golden abyss.) and there will be no more Nate. It's surprising how a game can bring a tear to your eyes. But hey, We still have The Last of Us. And NO! Just because (spoiler for the 2nd game that I'm covering) doesn't make TLoU2 a bad game. The story isn't the best, but it's still a story, and we can see (once again spoilers) and why (OH MY GOD STOP). Keep on plundering and demolishing, Nathan Drake. You'll forever stay within our hearts. And our minds.

man, I remember accidently picking up drakes fortune. From a old game store, it was so retro. grabbing that game altered my life. I was hooked from the start. To see it all end. . happily, is bitter sweet. the only time ive seen a true happy ending.
Let me be honest with you, I adore this game, the story within and the soundtracks... But when I got to this level and listened to this composition, it was really unexpected! Full of emotions and exposition! Can't even explain it properly to be fair! The game surprised me even when I though there was nothing else to make it even more special! What an experience!
The scene in which Elena finds out the truth just broke my heart, it tore it asunder. I was speechless and I didn’t even realize I was crying rivers. The graphics was so good that I could really felt Elena’s disappointment, I was able to read all of her sadness in her eyes. I “told” Nathan “What are you on, Nate? Follow her, she’s your wife, you can’t just let her go”, and I thought I was screaming ‘cause I wanted to, but my voice was weak. All I can say is... Thank you, Naughty Dog.

I love this piece! Coming out of the old main elevator made the 4x4 car ride all the more breathtaking, along with driving along the road through the lush island jungle on the way to New Devon. A beautiful, thoughtful moment between Nate and Elena.
Oh this sequence when Nate and Elena jump into the car as they make their way to Avery's mansion and a solo piano can be heard. It's a timeless moment

This scene hands-down the best scene ever. 3 years later and this track still sends me a wave full of emotions and goosebumps.
When you start driving and this track starts playing, I could practically hear Nate’s thoughts. It’s so wonderfully done, it’s absolutely beautiful, and it brought tears to my eyes. As much as I love the Last of Us, I think this game is ND’s masterpiece

I can guarantee, when the music drowns out the 4x4 and all other sounds, we as Nate, all drive the jeep perfectly without going off course..in a sense trying to keep their marriage together and back on track.

3 years later, that drive with Elena to New Devon with this music playing is still so special and beautiful, peaceful yet honest. ❤️😞

Well, I last heard this beautiful piece of music like 3 months ago. Today, I just randomly discovered it in my recommanded videos. I was like, sure let's listen to this again! So, I clicked.
Man, maybe it's not my favourite one, but god, the feels... About the first second, I freaking had the creeps for like 1 minute. The feelings, when you hear an old, but beautiful music that you haven't heard ages ago can't be described... it's just simply breathtaking.

The composer Henry Jackman has his way of putting you in a reminiscing space in terms of how he makes his music. There are parts in Uncharted 4 were uses certain strings or instrumental loops that are tied to a character. He was also the composer for Captain America Winter Soldier, which also uses that similar tone & nostalgic leaning to music representing memories.

I just finished the game right now (20/03/2018) ... I have been playing video games since 98' (I am 25 years old), and believe me, except for what I felt when I finished Final Fantasy IX in 2003, no other game has made me feel the same way U4 did ... and this music is just killing my heart knowing that the saga has ended ... and no more Uncharted ...

The level of story telling goes into games and compose such great tunes for a game shows how passionate and hardworking these people are. Am glad their hardwork is appreciated well by purchasing the games at the store or online. So far my fav music scores are from Horizan, metro last light, and ofcourse uncharted ❤
I tear up every time I hear this song, it's so beautiful. Truly a masterpiece! I'll never forget the scenery in the game when this song plays, easily the most memorable moment for me. The combination of the scenery, the timing in the story and this music was just perfect!
I hope that when I have my own family I can sit down with my kids and relive Uncharted 1-4 all over again...
i didn’t get the chance to play uncharted games. but i’ve been watching other youtuber playing uncharted 1, uncharted 2, uncharted 3 and uncharted; a thief’s end. even though i didn’t get to play the games, but i can feel something through the journey of uncharted series. ive never fell in love with video games except uncharted series. and i watched the lost legacy too! yep still didn’t get to play the games but it’s okay. i have my own way to follow the series :) when im bored, i’ll keep on rewatching them like a movie. over and over again. idk it just i can feel something like real good with this game. it’s different, but in a good way. good job naughty dog✊🏻

This rendition is so beautiful! My partner has been a fan of the franchise for a LONG time and sucked me into it and I love it as well now. Thief's End is one of my favorite games of all time, and this is one of my favorite songs on the soundtrack! I love your version of it, so much so, that I plan on using it as my bridal march in my wedding, since Uncharted is so special to my partner and I :)

it is actually believed Henry Avery spent all his treasure (though im not sure how. 180M $ was his believed networth). you'd struggle to spend that now, nevermind 300 years ago.

This song to me will always be the most beautiful piece of music I have ever heard. This scene is just perfect to me, and I actually made this part of my senior quote (class of 2021). I put "next stop, New Devon" and honestly, I can't wait for me to reread my quote in the future and think back to scene with a smile on my face and a tear going down my cheek. Uncharted 4 was my first PlayStation game and it's the only game I'll ever give a 10/10 to, whenever I play another game the highest it'll get is a 9/10 because to me...Uncharted 4 is perfect :)

I remember playing Uncharted, it was actually the first game that introduced me into shooting games. I replay the games till today because it is without a doubt a never ending action game. Though it ended, it didn't end in our hearts.

Uncharted is one of the most amazing game series ever made.
The graphics aren't especially amazing. The gameplay is fun but not earth shattering.
What makes it truly amazing is it sought to teach us lessons that will make our lives better.
I remember i heard about this game back in 2007, didnt care that much about the ps3 or the uncharted series.
3 years later i found myself with a ps3 with uncharted drakes fortune and modnation racers.
I played modnation first cause it kinda felt like mario kart which it was.
I kept askin myself if i should play drakes fortune, eventually i played it and my goodness the game was awesome. It had the subtly of god of wars cliff climbing to a 3rd person based shooter and puzzle solving to its finest.
The story was great and was a total mystery.
Then I found myself a copy of Uncharted 2, which was debatably the best of the series.
Uncharted 3 was the masterpiece of the franchise with its gameplay and everything.
Uncharted 4 was a goodbye gift to our favorite treasure hunting hero, It gave us one of the most heart felt endings in the entire franchise. It was everything we deserved.
I first started playing the Uncharted series in 2014, and my first game was Uncharted 2. I can still remember the exciting points in that game. The Lazaravich (I know I butchered the spelling) boss fight, the train wreck, everything. Then, I played Uncharted 3, and that was the best of all time. The Talbot fight was amazing, and the story was amazing. Then I played Uncharted 1, not the best but, y'know, it was the first game. And then I played 4 with the knowledge that the game series was over and Nate was done. I'm still brought to tears at the thought that we will never see Nathan Drake again in an Uncharted game. It feels wrong to keep playing. I beat Lost Legacy, and it was still a good game, but there is no Uncharted without Nate. All the characters, Nate, Elena, Sully, they were a part of me. I remember my dad handing me the case and saying "Here. I know you wanted it." I am still brought to tears this day. The sad music, the knowledge that I beat it all (excluding Golden Abyss, fuck golden abyss.) and there will be no more Nate. It's surprising how a game can bring a tear to your eyes. But hey,
We still have The Last of Us. And NO! Just because (spoiler for the 2nd game that I'm covering) doesn't make TLoU2 a bad game. The story isn't the best, but it's still a story, and we can see (once again spoilers) and why (OH MY GOD STOP).
Keep on plundering and demolishing, Nathan Drake. You'll forever stay within our hearts. And our minds.
