AGROSAW GRAVITY G7 PRIME

AGROSAW Gravity G7 PRIME is specifically meant for removing impurities and achieving very high grading quality in any free-flowing granular material, like all types of seeds, grains, spices, etc.
It removes the impurities on the basis of specific weight.
Salient Features:
1. All steel construction with the main body of steel sheet & welded pipe frame.
2. Blowers are dynamically balanced and provided with individual precise airflow control.
3. Deck assembly is rested on elastomer torsion links having the capability of absorbing the vibration for smooth and trouble-free operation.
4. Variable inclination of the deck, at end raise and side raise from zero degrees to five degrees.
5. All moving parts are under the main body & can be accessible after removing the air filter.
6. Variable frequency drive for Deck Oscillation control.
7. Strong and Sturdy Aluminum Deck
8. First and second-grade can be mixed and bagging can be done without increasing the machine height at the civil foundation.
9. Minimal quantity of middling grade due to better control of airflow, side raise, and end raise.
10. Material is fed via Agrosaw innovation self-cleaning “O-Box” to provide cushioning effect to ensure damage-free seed feeding.
Agrosaw G7 Prime uses a combination of air for
weighing, vibration, fluidization, conveying, and tilt
for separation. Made for ease of use, longevity, and
accuracy. Gravity separator sorts dry, granular, free-flowing
material into streams according to particle
density.
Power controls and automation simplify setup and
operation and help operators with a minimum of
training to achieve professional results.
