I always find it amazing at how clean it is around the towns, landscape. Beautiful!
People often comment that Swedish towns are clean. I’m a bit surprised as I don’t usually find other countries dirtier. But glad you like it!

Quite worthy of a yearly visit, the wall of water is impressive every time, and they can light it up at night? 😻👍 Hope you’re enjoying your vacation, how about visiting Kristianstad someday, or too far south?? Supposed to have a lot of history. 🙏👋🙏 Ahus?
So many places I would love to go! Åhus is very cute. Can’t remember of I’ve ever been to Kristianstad… no trips that far south planned I’m afraid. I hear they light the waterfall at night- although right now it doesn’t really get dark so I don’t know if that’s true for summertime
@@StockholmWalks Just wondering, but not a spur of the moment location for you. Gonna wander Skane County when I visit, seems all my relatives lived there since 1700-1800’s. And then another week or two around Stockholm.

Thanks, for taking us on a fanatics' tour of a small part Sweden. The wall of water. Remines of a waterfall back where I use to live. It's called Christman Falls in Christman Sanctuary. I used to go in February. Ice would cover over the fall. But there was enough room behind the fall to stand up and listen to water going over the fall. Very icy. It's in Schenectady County, near the town of Duanesburg in New York State. The falls maybe on You Tube?
Ah, I looked up christman falls, looks like a rather amazing place!

Aha, yes, I believe speedway is rather big in Norrköping, local team Vargarna (the wolfs). I bet you had fun!

Off topic, but the Vitabergen walk on the other day triggered some memory. Don't know if you are old enough to remember, it must have been somewhere around late '70s or early '80s, a Swedish TV series for kids. Den vita stenen
I loved that series- but how come you know it??
@@StockholmWalks It was on our television back then. Loved the chemistry between those two kids, their hanging out inside the willow tree, and of course the white stone. I even had my own for some time...
Yes, it made a mark, I mostly remember an atmosphere, the piano, painting the church clock . I had to look up where they recorded it, it was in small communities in Småland
