That bar covered in cloth do not make any damages while pulling the mount out? You are not going to see in Europe....Our mechanics use brute force, damaging everything around the mount...Good video, professional and quality of work....lots of mechanics should have this video to learn how to do a proper and CLEAN job...

If one is seen to be worn then they will allie worn, I initially changed only the centre lowest one but still had to go back to the others. The RH side one can look OK but still be fcuked.
Hello, has anyone found a good source for OEM replacement? They're asking me $700 for the Ford ones, that's way too much for an 11 year old car. But mine is still good shape, less than 50K kilometers, I just love taking the RPM up and racing. haha

I have S40 too. Your problem is also vibration at idle? My Volvo S40 vibrates sometimes at idle. I think it is also related with mounts.

That car looks to be in too good of a condition to have these changed so early. Unless the roads where you're from are really bad.
